So far it's been absolutely great. Now just to get used to the traffic and toll roads lol. In all seriousness the weather, people, food, etc, is great here. I have been exploring Bell and the neighborhood and there is so much to do. Also, if you have friends or family coming, you can have them hang out at our Entertainment, Pool, or one of the many courtyards available here.

I’ve had a good experience living here overall. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around, and the building is generally well-maintained. The staff is helpful and professional, which makes day-to-day living easier. The only downside is that some of the doors are often broken or make a loud noise when closing, which can be a bit disruptive. Otherwise, it’s a solid place to live.

An incredible apartment community with top tier amenities ranging from an incredible pool and grilling area to a coffee machine in the office that has several different brews. The staff always goes above and beyond to help the residents. I truly enjoy living here.

Great location and will be even better when the road work finishes. Wish there was more events and things to do for the residents. The lack of community events compared to other places are the area are very noticeable. Staff needs to work on better communication through email but otherwise for the price it’s the best option in the area.

Great location. Poor communication from office. Packages get stolen. Workers are defensive and lack customer service skills. Pool isn't heated and unusable several months of the year.

Cheapest in Channelside, safe, nice walking distance to everything. Expensive but also big rooms. Can’t complain that much besides traffic, closed roads etc

Love the location and my unit. I have a lot of space and the walls are thick. I barely hear my neighbors. Lots of courtyards for dogs to go outside and sniff around without running into others. Maintenance team is pretty responsive and no huge issues. But after living here for almost 8 months, I definitely understand why this is one of the cheaper rents in Channelside. My biggest complaint is that it gets frustrating not having a front door desk or staff to direct packages or delivery drivers. They are always getting lost trying to get into the building and I’ve lost several packages. Also because this place attracts a lot of students, the common spaces can get trashed. But for the money and location it does the job.

Convenient living! We are in the heart of the Channelside District and on the trolley line. Our apartment is spacious and modern with parking on the same level as our apartment. Staff are friendly and responsive and the fitness center is first class!

Love the apartment, located in a great and accessible area. Hallways could be kept cleaner and dog park not well maintained, would recommend turfing the dog park if possible. Other than that, love living here.

Easy living at Bell. I moved into Bell 14 years ago. This was my 4th apartment in Tampa. It knew this apartment was the best of the group. The pool was a real pool. The exercises room had everything I needed. The apartment and the buildings were in great shape. I am still here.

The floor plan is so much more spacious than our last apartment. Very happy with the amenities so far! It is a big building, so you will be walking quite a bit for the amenities, but the experience so far has been great!

Our experience has been excellent. Beginning with the community manager Tiffany. She immediately made us feel like family. Then we met the maintenance team. Jake was so helpful from day one as well as Darryl and Ronnell. They have addressed everything with not only efficiency but kindness as well.

I love the layout of my apartment & the added security of the parking garage & key fobs for entry. There's alot of great amenities to choose from, a great nice sized gym, the pool, & on site dry cleaning.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at bell channelside. The staff is super friendly and maintenance is always timely and punctual. I’ve never had an issue with noise in my unit and the apartments are updated, spacious and in a great walkable area.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I moved here over a year ago and this is the worst place I’ve ever lived. The front office is a revolving door and people keep leaving, dog pee in the hallways, people stealing packages, towing residents’ cars even though they have the proper tags, security is nonexistent because doors that are supposed to keep people off the street out don’t work properly or are broken and don’t get fixed, false accusations from the front office of things that they said happened but didn’t, safety concerns that have been brought to their attention that were never addressed, etc. It’s too much, I didn’t move here to be treated like this, it’s actually affected me and my family negatively and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they don’t want to feel safe.

Everything went smooth and well. There was one hiccup that caused a small 10 minute delay but Joyce was efficient and on top of things which made it very simple.

We love living in Bell Apartments! Our home is spacious and modern and overlooks a courtyard. We are very close to the HART trolley so we can get around easily without parking hassles. Speaking of parking, we park on the same level as our apartment so no need to haul our stuff up an elevator. The leasing and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly.

I love it here! The location is so convenient and the prices cannot be beat compared to apartments in the rest of this area. I’m in the heart of the city with my apartment being right in the downtown area, I’m a trolley train away from nightlife in Ybor, and have many attractions to choose from from the Florida Aquarium to Sparkman’s Wharf to the Convention Center and even Amelie Arena and Armature Works. I’m also near all of the important city courts and offices! And everything is walkable if you enjoy walking!

Smooth application process, smooth lease signing, and smooth move in. There is a loading dock for your move in truck which was an added bonus to make things easier. The grounds are well kept, both in and outdoor. Also, as with any apartment rental, some things may be “off” at first move in. They took care of everything quickly, maintenance is great! I would recommend this property to friends/fam.

People let their dogs poop and pee all over the parking garage. We now have to pay for the maintenance of items that were “supplied” for a while when this whole time I didn’t have a water filter in my fridge and now we have to take care of it.
Living here has been amazing! Maintenance will come to you at any time of the day with emergencies! Our community is. Priority! I also love the location of our residence for my fur baby.

The apartment is located in a great location and with close to the grocery store. There are a few things that management can improve. For example the dog run has a broken water fountain, the gym has some equipment that misses parts, some seats on the courtyards are not cleaned periodically. Perhaps there should be a few more power stations for electric cars.

Peaceful living. Amazingly quiet. The exercise rooms have lots to do with weight machines and free weights and other equipment such as stationary bicycles. The staff that provides the maintenance get the jobs done and they are nice about it. The ground man is the best. We are very fortunate to have his hustle. The office staff are always nice and get their jobs done. I have every intention of living here for a long time to come.
