All staff and services are exceptional. Unfortunately, they appear to be overwhelmed, at times,by the conditions of the development.
I enjoy the community feel of this apartment complex, I feel safe here. The apartment features are nice and the grounds are well maintained while still allowing trees/nature to grow
I can leave my door unlocked without fear of entry from others.
Nice clean property! I had the best experience with Shannon office leasing agent, she went over everything with me. Shannon did a complete Q&A for me. If you want to be treated like family go to Bell Brookfield and ask for Shannon. I received the Royal Treatment. Phillip the maintenance supervisor introduced himself also. Everyone is so professional and friendly! This was a fantastic experience!
I would not move in here if i were you. Everything is great as long as you have no problems, but it rapidly sucks when things go wrong. They are constantly doing construction at the worksite in front of the apartments, and you will get no peace and quiet.
I consider Bell Brookfield to be overvalued in terms of their apartments. The apartments will probably not be in the best condition on move-in day, considering I was promised a washer and dryer and both were not in the apartment on move-in day, the cabinet's coverings were peeling off and the bathroom light fixture was rusty. A simple walkthrough and talk with maintenance by management would have fixed all of these problems. This was clearly not done. That combined with the unresponsiveness by management to any issue I have brought before them ensures that I will most likely not be a repeat customer of Bell Brookfield. Frankly, I would say moving here is definitely not worth it considering that they overcharge for all of their apartments.

When we first moved in last year we were happy and liked the community a lot. Since then, our rent has increased substantially, fees have risen or been added, and the owners have changed. The gate has been broken for months, the pool was closed for a while, and nothing seems to be getting better. People come and go at all hours, blasting their music and littering, and I feel less safe. Rules are not enforced. I’m sorry now that we renewed our lease and will be looking elsewhere next year.

Bell Brookfield on the website seems like a great community with great amenities. If everything was maintained and if they had good follow/communication with timelines. I would like to stay there and renew my lease but overall in the community a lot of units are having the same or worse issues.

The staff along with Maintenance makes Bell Brookfield a delightful place to live...they strife to make it a home not just an apartment...we love it here!!
Your community is unsafe and way overpriced for what you get. Management doesn't care one bit about you or your safety or concerns.
Bell Brookfield is a great community to live in...definitely feels like home...the staff is Excellent...always taking care of needs of the residents..maintenance is beyond great...takes care of problems ASAP..Bell Brookfield is convenient to everything..we love living here!!

Bell Brookfield property is good and location is great. But if you need any help related to lease, maintenance or general query you will never find anyone in their office. Calls won't get picked and voice messages won't get responded. It is frustrating and i definitely not going to recommend this apartment.

If I would've paid attention to some of the online reviews, I would've never moved here. Don't get me wrong there were a lot of great reviews, but there were also some bad ones too, and from my experience I learned you should always just see for yourself. I moved here from Florida, and when I first pulled up to the gate, I knew I was going to love it here. I'm on the first floor, so my main concern was stomping from the second floor, when I opened the door I instantly fell in love! The kitchen is a great size with A LOT of storage space, the living room and dining is a decent size, and the sunroom is huge, that's where I set up my office because I WFH. The master bedroom has a huge tube which I've never had living anywhere, and I love that, all of the rooms are big to ME. Oh, and the laundry room is walk in style, honestly if I wasn't looking to buy a house soon, I would be here for a very long time. Great community, great management, I love it here.

The area is quiet, which I appreciate being a night shift worker. The rooms and bathrooms are a nice size (I have a two bedroom). Overall nice area to live in.

Horrible place to live. Things around the community are always broken and take forever to fix. Nobody really cares if things are done right or are nice but want you to pay rent like it's the best place to live in Greenville.
A finely tuned respectful management team, Property management experience is only surpassed by the friendly respectful nature hey have towards their tenants. The grounds are always always clean, and Maintenance when you need them respond quickly and never for the same thing twice.This is a nice Family community and it all starts when you walk into the Lobby.
From the first sight of these apartments you notice that the grounds are clean, manicured and pleasing to the eye, as is the main office area. The staff is pleasant and friendly which makes puts you at ease. Anthony, Ally, and Cassie make a darn good team, they know the property, they will take the time from their busy schedule to talk with you, they know you by name and always greet you with a warm smile and it's one of the reasons it's nice to say this is home.

During a difficult time in my life (divorce), I needed to move quickly but still needed somewhere safe (newly single mother), in my kid's school zone, and within my budget. Bell Brookfield (more specifically, Ally) was a God send! She helped me through choosing the right apartment, the application process, moving checklists and anything else I needed to take care of. She was always so kind and professional. The apartment exceeded my expectations and was within the budget I needed. The location is excellent - near everything but was quiet. The quality of residents were beyond my expectations. My only complaint (& this is likely due to the location of my building) is parking. I would gladly pay extra each month for assigned parking spaces. If garages were closer to my building, I would've rented one of those.
I've been living here 3 months now and I love it here. The office staff is very friendly and was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my entire process of relocating here from another state. The community grounds are well kept and management is quick to address any issues in the community/common areas. Maintenance is quick to do repairs after the request is submitted. I've only requested 1 repair and it was completed within 2 hours. I would reccommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
