Quiet area close to college campuses but poorly managed and overpriced.

I love how friendly the environment is and how time friendly the maintenance men are, they come as soon as possible, and the office staffing are one of the best hard workers I have ever seen, they always make sure to have the best experience moving in, if I where to talk to anyone I would go straight to kierra

When we first arrived, the house already smelled strongly of smoke. We urged them to take care of it and mentioned it on the move-in paperwork. The smoke smell was never addressed, and by the time we moved out, we had managed to have it reduced to a faint odor. After that, they made the seemingly random decision to charge us approximately $200 for carpet cleaning. According to my local research, carpet cleaning should cost between $30 and $40 per room for household cleaning. The facility would be cheaper since it would be regarded as commercial property. In these circumstances, the complex has no basis to charge for routine cleaning.

If you habe any issues or concerns do not expect anything to be handled in a timely manner, don't expect to have any communication about updates to even say they are aware, and don't expect the office staff to do anything they say they will after signing the lease.

We love living at Bell at Teravista because of the great location, spacious apartment, nice employees, and great amenities. Living here has been a great experience so far, highly recommend.

Loving our new updated apartment! We were told that we were the first renovation before we moved in and the kitchen is beautiful.

I am a recent transplant to not only the State of Texas, but to Round Rock. I viewed several rental properties in other locations in the Round Rock area and found Bell at Teravista to have the most open and airy apartments.

The staff here is nothing short of amazing. I moved in a week ago today, and my AC was out and had some pest issues( it happens when unit is vacant for awhile) and I could not be more pleased with the staff, and their promptness to make me happy. Kara has been my point of contact since day one and so helpful at all times. I ask so many questions and she has been so patient and knowledgeable giving me the answers and the peace of mind I need. Mike traveled to my apartment two hours away on call, to fix my AC. I am so thankful he was there to help and do it with a positive attitude. The apartment manager is always there to help and I love the good energy this staff brings. Thanks to the team for making my stay here great so far!

I have been a resident at Bell at Teravista for 7 months now. Overall, I’ve been satisfied with living here! I’ve had to submit two maintenance requests and both times, they have responded and come to my apartment within 24hours, and the issues were fixed at that time. I had a wonderful experience with Kiana when I first came to look at the complex. She made time out of her day to give me a tour, give me quotes for the apartments I was interested in, and answered all my questions. I’ve had very few issues with noise in my building and in the complex. The staff in the front office are very friendly and have always helped me with any concerns I have had. Overall, I have really loved living here and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who is in search for a clean, quiet and friendly apartment complex

Ever since My boyfriend and I have been living here, it's been an amazing experience. Mrs Kianna especially is always working with us the best way she can and we really appreciate her help to the fullest as well as the other office staff that we have talked to :) The apartment itself is a dream come true and we always find ourselves never wanting to leave; It feels good to be to be able to call The Bell at Teravista Apartments our home.

If you love to smoke it up, this is definitely the place for you!

Our brief stay at Bell at Teravista while building a home was above and beyond fabulous. My biggest regret was not choosing this property sooner. The entire staff make their property feel like your own. They are courteous, professional and prompt in getting services to you if needed. I promote your property as much as I can!

Excellent community, staff is professional and courteous.This is my third year in a row, a bit expensive side, though but it is nice that is close to all amenities and I-35. Suggest that more resident events be organized.

Bell at Teravista has been my home for almost 5 years and I've been very happy with the office staff and completely happy with the maintenance staff.

They repaired a leaking fire sprinkler by placing a hole in my closet wall through to my patio. The hole was left open for 5 months. There is dog poop and trash everywhere. I had hope things would get better when the got bought out recently, but found out the same company is staying for management. Then they offered a lease renewal at over $300 more per month than my current rent. I can't wait to leave.

Bell at Terravista goes out of their way to keep the buildings and grounds clean and neat and well maintained. The office staff is courteous and always helpful.

There are honestly too many instances that have caused this bad review and I wish 50 words could describe it but it can not. So in lame terms, the management at the leasing office is so poor, it made me almost not want to sign the lease. My washer was so old it had rust leak into the washer and stain my clothes. The air filter had not been changed out when I moved in and looked like it had not for a long time. The office communication skills and knowledge for important situations are so low that I was running around for a whole week trying to get a hold of someone who could help me. The dumpster is always over flowing and the pool was always dirty. I do not recommend moving here unless you want to deal with unnecessary heard ships and inconveniences.

I love living at Bell at Teravista. Clean, quiet, excellent management, maintenance and trash pickup. I couldnt think of a better community to live in.

I love living at Bell at Teravista.. The location is great for shopping, restaurants, doctors and spa facilities. The maintenance is on target, people are friendly and I feel safe. There are plenty of park options for my grandchildren and I can choose a number of neighborhoods for my daily walk.

Ive been a resident at Bell for almost 8 years!! Had some good and bad managers, but this office staff is the best. Maintenance staff are on time and know what they are doing. Everyone is very pleasant to speak with. Thanks Bell.

The managers of this property seem more concerned about making money from current residents by raising rents to exorbitant amounts. They do not work with you if you are needing a specific lease term. Pricing algorithm is messed up where it would be cheaper for me to move to the building next door. Very inhumane way of dealing with people. If you want a neighborly place to live look elsewhwere... beware of these greedy folks! Makes me wonder how I could have called this place home for the past 2.5 years. Would have been real easy to make me happier but I guess this place cares more about your money than your wellbeing. Might have to move across the street since the front office won't budge. One extra thing I have to worry about this year I supppose.

This is my first time living at an apartment complex and it has exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I started the application process and throughout my time here, all of the staff have been so courteous and attentive. The dog park community has been a bonus too; what a great group of people to socialize with. Lastly, the maintenance staff here is top notch- everything is repaired quickly and correctly! If you are considering moving to an apartment complex, you will not be disappointed with The Bell at Teravista! -Resident since 2019 and just signed on for another year

Very nice property with good spacing on the apartments Create an element of privacy. I have beautiful views of the golf course which I enjoy. Friendly staff and maintenance workers. Fun place to live

I have lived at Bell at Teravista Apartments for over 5 years now, and I am so proud to call this my home. You will not regret making the choice of living in a community where they give you all the attention. It is a terrific place.

Overall great. Except they want to charge me $3000 for smoking a few cigarettes in my apartment. Cross that bridge when I get there.

I have lived here for two years and the only reason I'm leaving is because I'm relocating to Arizona for family reasons. I can't say enough positive things! The leasing staff are friendly, knowledgeable, are very helpful, and truly seem to care about resident needs. Maintenance issues have been very minimal but, when the need arises, maintenance staff are prompt to fix everything--often coming the very same day for minor issues! The landscaping is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood--quiet, safe, friendly and trustworthy neighbors. Great amenities in the complex---the coffee and hot chocolate at the ready was my favorite! The apartment itself is spacious, love the garden tub, and very clean and looks well-kept and new. Parking is kind of a pain, but that seems to be everywhere you rent! I highly recommend moving here.

Have been here for 6 months and so far so good. Management personnel are very friendly and quick to respond. Same goes for the maintenance personnel. Friendly, timely and do a good job. The grounds are kept nice and my neighbors are quiet and friendly. Have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend this apartment complex as your next place to call home.

A world of comfort, features and smart design

I looked at 8 other apartment communities and none compared to The Bell. I have been here for a month and it has exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for an apartment, this is the best!!!!

Great location with nice amenities and floor plans. I needed space for my dining room furniture and I love my great room! Have a large sectional and have lots of space.

Have only been here for about 3 months but so far I really love it. Staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance is done timely. Location is great for my needs.
