Great experience, maintenance is normally really fast, community is well kept, grass always cut, stairway clean. but I’ll have to leave after 21/2 years because I can’t afford the rent here anymore ??.

The complex has went down hill over the past 3 years, side walks are dirty, nothing is updated, mold growing on buildings, lack of phone communication from management, weed being smoked in surrounding apartments, dead grass, residents not picking up dog poop, etc. Yet, rent is still being raised every year.

All details and specifics were given before moving date. DayShaun was very thorough and helpful with everything. Moving day was smooth, she helped us every time. Apartment was clean and looking almost new. No complaints so far, and we have a nice view.

If you’re considering moving here, be aware that parking comes at a cost. residence must pay a yearly parking fee. We pay thousands in rent and we must pay for parking which is a joke, Visitors are only allowed to park for seven days per month; after that, you must pay. If you violate this policy, your car may be towed, and you’ll have to pay a $200 fee to retrieve it. The system seems designed to generate extra revenue, so it’s important to factor in parking costs before making your decision.

Great community don’t really have any complaints. Front office staff very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I think they can work on are the hallways of the building. Other than that I love it here.

Been living here since 2022. I enjoy my view and the walking path. They do a decent job keeping the property clean. Maintenance is always quick and responsive as well. With that being said, it is very difficult to get in contact with anyone else who works at this property especially via phone or email. The noise here from other renters is getting out of control. Blasting music past 1am. Constant yelling and screaming. Animal poop and urine left in the elevator grass is disgusting. And there is no need calling their emergency patrol numbers because no one answers or calls back.

The community is nice. The amenities are better than other complexes I have seen. Recently, to aid in the parking problems that was brought to management’s attention, the management company decided to request that tenants pay for parking for themselves and their guests. Each resident is allowed 7 free passes per month after which you are required to pay $5 per pass. I believe there were other ways to have the issue resolved such as assigned parking for residents. The management company could have reached out to residents and discussed the way forward. Nevertheless, the community is beautiful and serene.
Highly recommend living here to anyone. It’s a beautiful, well-kept complex and everyone is quiet and respectful. The amenities are also 10/10.

There NO ONLINE options to pay rent. The 2 options to pay rent WIPs OR credit card payment that charges you a 3% charge because you are paying with a credit card. The option to pay in other ways was removed and the community never notified the tenants at any point. This is ridiculous. The amenity for the theater is ONLY open when the office is open which means if you work a regular 9-5 you will never be able to use it. Grills are not maintained. So much gunk is on there they are no longer usable.

It's a beautiful property and pretty well kept. I enjoy having access to the walking path overlooking the lake. Residents can be inconsiderate with the noise they make slamming doors and blasting music well into the night.

Nice and quiet community, very family oriented. I have been here for years and watched the growth. The grounds keeping and maintenance is very kept.

Absolutely love it here!?? The Management and maintenance teams are Superb and professional! If there are any issues or concerns, they are addressed immediately. I fully recommend this amazing community to prospective residents! It’s lovely, safe, and peaceful!
The community is very clean, the pool and common areas are very comfortable, my family and me are very happy living here, we enjoy go to the pool every day.
I love it here, amazing community, fast response whenever something breaks. My only issue is the grill hasn’t worked in almost a year and we can’t grill on the balcony. The grill was a plus when I moved in.
My apartment was very beautiful, with a wonderful view, and the maintenance was effective in every problem we encountered, it is really great. All entertainment services are available, including a swimming pool, cinema, and games. I like that
There are loud and rowdy parties that take over the pool and amenities every weekend. They start when staff is still in the office, and even days after they sent out an email saying no parties, the staff ignore the parties. There is so much trash left all over the parking lots and in the bushes it is disgusting. No longer worth the price.
I’ve spent a year at the bell now, great experience. Attentive staff, great community and maintenance. 10/10 would recommend these apartments.

So far this Residence seem safe And welcoming. I enjoy the amenities. Things are kept neat and tidy. The office staff are always ready to assist in matters relating to my comfort.

I’m here for my second year and plan to be here next year. You just can’t get better maintenance, call if you have any issues they respond quickly. The floor outside the door to the home is washed regularly. No bug problem’s here. Everyone is very friendly, lots of dogs and children of all ages. Great pool area, exercise room. I just love ?? living here. Barbara
