More of the same. Though the management has become a little bit slow and some unknown fees show up sometimes and then have to inform them to reverse. Wish there were a little bit more events to interact with community neighbors.

Living at the Bell has been a pleasant experience. The environment is calm, quiet, and very beautiful. When I moved into the apartment, it was well-maintained, except for some slightly warped kitchen cabinet doors, but that's a minor issue.

Good. The apartments are nice. You have some bug problems when u recently move but i believe its temporary. However, its a good place to live, very calm and with a respctful neighborhood

The leasing manager Caleb did a fantastic job at getting us into our new home quickly, which was needed. The complex is clean, the people are friendly, and its fairly quiet. Our new apartment has been freshly renovated which is nice. We love our new space & were so happy to be in a great location.

Bell Apartments are in a wonderful area to live. Walking distance to the Avalon, or downtown Alpharetta. The neighbors have been incredibly friendly, and the neighborhood is active with families walking dogs.

Moved in a little over a week ago. Really enjoying proximity of my apartment to the amenities like pool, fitness center, and pavilion. There were a couple things about our apartment home that were damaged (more than we would have liked), but we notated them in our move-in inventory. The location is so close to walking paths, downtown Alpharetta, the Avalon, and highway 400.

I really can’t complain about this neighborhood—overall, it’s a great place to live. The only downside is that certain areas aren’t always clean, and trash collection can sometimes be delayed.

It was great experience except apartment allocation back and forth. Otherwise maintenance is good and on time and area is clean and good. All amenities are good.

It’s been nearly 30 years since I have rented an apartment. For 30 years I have owned properties but I chose to rent this time because I’m 57 years old and didn’t want the headache of dealing with normal ownership problems such as new AC units that cost $12,000 or having to worry about mowing a lawn, etc. I went to 12 different apartment complexes to tour and Bell Alpharetta Apartments just stuck with me. I needed to move somewhere close to my Mom, within six minutes to her versus the 20 minutes it usually took from my townhouse. She’s 83 years old on permanent oxygen and needs the help so I can get to her within a very short time frame and eventually moving in with to the apartment with me. The maintenance department is by far the best I have ever dealt with before. They are Conscientious with their time and they are always so genuine and nice that I have to give them a shout out. I love the valet trash pick up and we have the best dog friendly neighborhood.

We are satisfied with everything except the first cleaning, we just think that the cleaning is not done very well. Salma was very interested, the technical team came immediately with a small problem, this is an important criterion for us, everything is going great right now

This place I do not recommend to anybody there are several issues and management doesn’t seem to address. It’s a very old apartment complex. The floor is squeak above my apartment management said they would try to correct it and then they said corporate doesn’t wanna do anything about it.. there are no security gates on either side of the property so people use this as a pastor to get the other road and avoid the lights on Milton Parkway. They fly through here like crazy.. There is so much a dog poop around because they do not keep the doggy stations filled with doggy bags. There’s several other things, but that’s enough for now. I could go on and talk about management. They really don’t seem to be engaged with what’s going on in the community.

I have lived at Bell Alpharetta for nearly a year and renewed my lease for 15 months. I LOVE living here! I have a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous wooded view. Just beyond the woods is a pedestrian path and park that is part of the Alpha Loop. The path leads you to Alpharetta Square. One of the many things I love about Bell Alpharetta is that it's so peaceful, a haven, but I have these wonderful places to explore within walking distance of my apt. And Bell Alpharetta has many amenities - 3 pools, a recently updated gym, and on-site car wash. The meticulous landscaping and beautiful hardwoods make walks a pleasure. Bell Alpharetta is a non-smoking complex. It's a very clean, quiet and well-run complex. My neighbors are friendly, quiet and respectful of each other's privacy. Bell Alpharetta Management and Maintenance Staff are friendly, professional and expedient in handling any requests or maintenance issues. They truly are exceptional and put residents first. Love living here!

My experience at Bell has been largely positive. While there have been some bumps along the way, overall, it’s a great place to live. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, always addressing requests quickly, and the office staff is responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is nice, especially since we have an updated unit. However, there are some areas where more attention to detail would have made a big difference. For instance, you can see signs of quick fixes, like the painted-over dents on the door frame from the lock being used to prop it open. Dust tends to collect quickly, so regular cleaning is a must. Some features of the apartment, like the bath/shower area, are not updated, which has been a disappointment. The textured walls and popcorn ceiling also detract from the overall experience. If these aspects were improved, we’d strongly consider staying for another year. That said, Bell has been a fantastic first apartment for us, and we’ve appreciated our time here!
