This place I do not recommend to anybody there are several issues and management doesn’t seem to address. It’s a very old apartment complex. The floor is squeak above my apartment management said they would try to correct it and then they said corporate doesn’t wanna do anything about it.. there are no security gates on either side of the property so people use this as a pastor to get the other road and avoid the lights on Milton Parkway. They fly through here like crazy.. There is so much a dog poop around because they do not keep the doggy stations filled with doggy bags. There’s several other things, but that’s enough for now. I could go on and talk about management. They really don’t seem to be engaged with what’s going on in the community.

I have lived at Bell Alpharetta for nearly a year and renewed my lease for 15 months. I LOVE living here! I have a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous wooded view. Just beyond the woods is a pedestrian path and park that is part of the Alpha Loop. The path leads you to Alpharetta Square. One of the many things I love about Bell Alpharetta is that it's so peaceful, a haven, but I have these wonderful places to explore within walking distance of my apt. And Bell Alpharetta has many amenities - 3 pools, a recently updated gym, and on-site car wash. The meticulous landscaping and beautiful hardwoods make walks a pleasure. Bell Alpharetta is a non-smoking complex. It's a very clean, quiet and well-run complex. My neighbors are friendly, quiet and respectful of each other's privacy. Bell Alpharetta Management and Maintenance Staff are friendly, professional and expedient in handling any requests or maintenance issues. They truly are exceptional and put residents first. Love living here!

My experience at Bell has been largely positive. While there have been some bumps along the way, overall, it’s a great place to live. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, always addressing requests quickly, and the office staff is responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is nice, especially since we have an updated unit. However, there are some areas where more attention to detail would have made a big difference. For instance, you can see signs of quick fixes, like the painted-over dents on the door frame from the lock being used to prop it open. Dust tends to collect quickly, so regular cleaning is a must. Some features of the apartment, like the bath/shower area, are not updated, which has been a disappointment. The textured walls and popcorn ceiling also detract from the overall experience. If these aspects were improved, we’d strongly consider staying for another year. That said, Bell has been a fantastic first apartment for us, and we’ve appreciated our time here!

I really love Bell Alpharetta. This place is great for living. The maintanance is so fast, we have a mall close by, restaurants and a trail, besides the ammenities that are just amazing here. I would love to see the dog park more clean or renovated tho and utencilis in the dog spa

Best apartment in Alpharetta area. Very close to avalon area. Excellent community leasing office and maintenance people. Amenities such as swimming pool, gym, common area is a cherry on top.

My experience here has been fantastic overall. No complaints at all! My only gripe was with the parking lot renovation—it felt a bit overwhelming. I had to constantly check emails to avoid getting my car towed due to shifting schedules. While I appreciated the new pavement, the barrage of date change emails was a bit much. That said, I understand this might have been out of The Bell's control since they were working with a third party. The Bell is still a great place to live and I am overall impressed.

The staff is great but the apartment unit is not ready for move in. Things aren't functioning properly and no cleaning was done properly, we are also missing keys. Hopefully, this gets resolved today when we turn in our move-in inspection form, however, we are really disappointed since this was a huge move for us and the building/community came highly rated.

I have left at Bell Alpharetta since January this year. I have been very pleased with the quiet ambience, beautiful woodland view from my patio, and newly renovated apartment. Management staff and Maintenance are proactive and professional in handling requests and making sure all apartments are maintained properly. I have enjoyed living at Bell this year and have recommended it to friends who are contemplating moving.

I really like this neighborhood. It's quiet and my neighbors are awesome. The only thing I would suggest the administration should work is maintaining the common areas clean: stairs and front doors areas. Trash service is not consistent, at least for the last 5-6 months.

It’s been an overall great experience at the bell! My boyfriend and I are very happy with the service provided and the attention the bell Alpharetta team give to their residents! The maintenance team comes quickly when you put in a maintenance request and they do their jobs well! There are only a few things I’m not too thrilled about our experience here. One would be bugs. We live on the bottom floor up against the woods and we get quite a lot of bugs. You have to ask for pest control to come even though you’re already paying for it. I wish the walls were all not textured and that we didn’t have popcorn ceiling. The showers need to be updated. Dust accumulates quickly. I wish the fridge freezer had more room and that it was a horizontally split fridge and not vertically. Other than those few small things the bell is fabulous!

Great location. Not really good the communication, sometimes projects and work inside apartments are informed to residents with very few days in advance.
Just a week to move in and the experience has been good so far. The community is peaceful and quiet. Many outlets nearby only and within a 10 min drive, so no issue for supplies. The units need some maintenance though but the requests are just a click away!
I’ve been living here for a year now and it is an amazing community. luxury apartments and amenities and the maintenance staff is quick and reliable. Also close to the freeway and right next to restaurants.
