My Wife and I moved into a one bedroom in april of 2024 and its more spacious than anticipated. We have absolutely loved the community its so peacful and quiet. The Staff here are like no other! They are simpley the best!!! Their attentiveness, and compassion to make sure that your place is more than just an apartment but a home! The Maintenance Team always makes sure to take care of any work that needs to be done and in a timely manner! The Office staff is always so welcoming and engaging! All the improvements they have done have made such a positive impact here At Bel Air on 25th!
I have lived here for 2 years. I currently live in a townhome and the space if great. Maintenance is attentive, office staff is awesome. Highly recommend.

Property is located in the center of the city. Quick to get anywhere in Abilene! We lived in a two bedroom townhome and loved it! It had a fenced in backyard and a closet like Harry Potter under the staircase! We also got approval and they let us paint a chalk board wall! Awesome Staff and Maintenance! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new home!
I really love it here. its peaceful and relaxing. the staff is friendly and professional they are very understanding if there is an unforeseen event occurs. I really recommend this complex.

This is my second time living in this apartment home community. When I have a maintenance issue the staff is quick and they’ll do whatever it takes to fix the issue. The office staff is always super helpful and nice. It’s a great place to live for an affordable price.

Close to the school my kids go to. Quiet place sometimes. The office and maintenance people are nice and friendly. A few times waters been a little high. Overall it's a cool place. But it's my first since moving to abilene. I'd recommend it.

So far I love this place. Management was awesome and gave us a great deal when our deposit was high because of our credit. We have a backyard which we can do with as we please. Most places won't let you really make an apt your home but they do give you some freedom, within reason. Had a few minor problems after moving in but the apt itself is beautiful and spacious. Big living/dining area. Nice size rooms and kitchen with more counter space than my 3 bed 2 bath trailer we used to live in. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Loving it here!
I have been with Bent Tree for a year and have thoroughly enjoyed living there. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful!!!! Anytime I have an issue ( which is rare ) they take care of this quickly!!! Thank you !!!!!
This was the apartment complex I moved into after moving out of my parents house. The staff was very helpful when we moved in. They go over all of the apartment with you to make sure everything works. They don't always answer the phone at the office but they get busy ya know. I've had a few problems with the apartment over the last couple years but I called maintenance and they came over and fixed whatever it was. The rent is due on the 1st but they give a grace period until the end of the 4th. Plus if you need to pay some right then and some later they help you out.very helpful and friendly.
Very spacious. Friendly staff. Always available for questions I have. Pet friendly. We pretty much keep to ourselves so we like it just fine.
