Beechwood

I've lived at Beechwood Apartment homes for many years. I enjoy the small town atmosphere, beautiful grounds appreciate the leasing manager promptly handing any concerns.

I lived here for two years and I am about to move out. The leasing office is nearly impossible to get a hold of, maintenance is a joke, the property is in need of an overhaul. Several months ago they swapped out our perfectly good appliances for the cheapest black appliances available, the dishwasher is incapable of washing more than a few dishes at a time and the fridge is now much smaller. Maintenance does somewhat regular inspections but don’t do anything that I can see, my air filters need to be changed and I have lights that have been out for months that I ended up replacing. When you call maintenance they never let you know when they will be in your apartment and never leave a note to let you know they had been there. There is only one dumpster that is almost constantly overflowing and the pool always seems to open late and close early and is never clean, there are always tons of bugs and leaves and it is typically discolored. I have bugs in my kitchen despite every effort on my part to get rid of them and who knows if the office ever got my many emails regarding this because they have never responded. I cannot wait until my move in date for my new place, this complex is a disgusting mess.

I've always wanted to live in this area. Beechwood was the best pick so affordable and very nicely kept. The leasing process was smooth and easy. I was showed my actual unit. Great customer service. Its been months in my place and I'm still happy about choosing Beechwood as my home!

Courtney was so much help! She made this process very easy and was very polite. She even showed me my actual unit, when paying my deposit. super excited about moving in!!

DON'T MOVE HERE BECAUSE THE ATMOSPHERE IS NOT THE SAME ONCE YOU BECOME A PAYING TENANT! THE STAFF IS VERY VERY RUDE & THEY BLAME EVERYTHING ON YOU! I MOVED INTO AN APARTMENT THAT HAD GROWING MOLD IN BOTH THE SHOWER AND TOILET, THERE ARE ALSO MANY DIFFERENT BUGS THAT APPEAR IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE HOME. I WAS TOLD BY MAINTENANCE THAT ANY ISSUE I HAD THEY WOULD BE WILLING TO FIX , HOWEVER WHEN THE TIME CAME....NO ONE WAS TO BE FOUND! RECENTLY I PUT IN A WORK ORDER FOR MY CEILING WHICH IS BASICALLY PEELING AND FALLING DOWN AND NO ONE CAME. I ORIGINALLY MOVED IN WITH A BROKEN SHELF IN MY CLOSET THAT WAS NEVER FIXED! EVERYTHING AGAIN WAS BLAMED ON ME, EVEN WHEN I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING IN THE OFFICE STAFF GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR ABOUT A MONTH BEFORE ACTUALLY LETTING ME MOVE IN, WORD TO THE WISE...DONT MOVE HERE DONT MOVE HERE AND DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been calling all day leaving voicemails and even email and i have yet to receive a call back or message if you guys are that busy and need help then you guys should hire people that can take call and respond to customer needs im sure i want be needing to move here if its this bad already.

Don’t even waste your time as the saying goes you pay for what you get. The service is crappy and there definitely needs to be some better insulation because you can hear EVERYTHING!

Put in an application here and paid the app fee. I called to check on the status and they couldn’t find my application and tried to tell me no money was paid. Basically they took my money and didn’t care. She kept telling me she’s call me back and never received any response from anyone. That totally turned me away
