I am very satisfied with Maintenance and their quick response.. I am also happy with management for correcting any Issues. I also like this friendly community.
Staying at beechgrove apartments is more likely good because Sandra the property manager is nice cool person who understands people problem's in case you have mantainance issues she will send mantainance person right away that make me like to live here and they are ever there in the office for the sake of tenants Thanks Sandra for being a welcoming manager at beechgrove ct
The people at Beech Grove have made me feel very welcome. My first day, I had a problem with the plumbing and they sent out a maintenance worker right away.
Recently moved in, Liz and the staff in the office are wonderful people, quiet and friendly neighborhood . Great location, close to a number of establishments

I’ve been living here over 10 yrs and me and my husband like it…We’ve had No Problems and our Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren love to come Swimming in the Summer Time ?? Maintenance & Office Staff are AWESOME ??
I've been at Beachgrove for 3 years now and any problems I had have been taken care of in a timely manner and as always the office staff and maintenance personnel are friendly...they speak to you every time they see you!!
It's been great. The staff is quick to answer any questions or concerns, and the maintenance crew is quick to fix issues. Also, when I had my heart surgery, the staff reached out to check up on me to see how I was doing.
I love living here. The people here are great! The staff in the office have been above and beyond. My apartment is nice and I live the walk in showers.

Great place to live. Maintenance completes work orders in a decent time frame. Friendly office workers. But snow cleanup could have been better.
The property managers in the office are amazing! Maintenance is fast to respond and is on-call for any emergency. The resident portal is easy to use. The ONLY reason I gave 3-stars is due to a pest problem that was present upon move-in. An exterminator was already scheduled to come into our unit after the holidays are over, and I am hoping that handles the rest of the problem. Genuinely I am very satisfied with the services provided, I only hope the pest issue is resolved soon.
Practically no amenities. The sidewalk and parking lot floods any time it rains. My water/sewage bill is insanely high and the office won’t do anything about it. Other tenants have said their bill is no where near as high as ours but the office claims the other tenants are lying.
Just got moved in and they were so kind. Sandra really went out of her way to help me get in. I didn't have the best credit, but she helped me go through different programs and worked with me on payments. My kids adored her, so I knew this was the place for us.
It's been very positive. They keep up with the place, it's clean, no nuisance neighbors. Maintenance is always up on top of things and quick to fix anything. The office is very helpful as well.
Rent prices are more reasonable than most. The location is great and close to several parks. Loved here 14 years. The staff is friendly and the residents are amazing.
Have had a few issues with the maintenance. We called and they still haven’t came in and fixed our shower, we told them we needed a new dishwasher because ours has been molded from when we first moved in. We have yet to get our blinds for the Balcony window but other than that neighbors and staff are really sweet.
So far it has been great.. the apartment is nice. A few issues when moving in but got resolved quickly so far i am happy living here.. neighbours are friendly
Management is fantastic, maintenance is alright. Wish the rent wasn't the same as all the renovated units for a unit not renovated though, potentially gonna have to find a different apartment when the lease ends if rent goes up again.
Would not recommend. These buildings need severe upgrades and renovations to be considered worth the high rent cost. We've been here for years and it has gone very down hill.

So far, very comfortable and safe in the apartment, I have not had any problems, and very good attention from the administration, they provide quick solutions to requests.
Have problems with my central air, company that supplies the unit( Goodmans) is draggin there heels about getting parts to fix the central a/c unit.
we moved in and had an amazing experience. everything is so peaceful and neighbors are so sweet, as well as the staff!! the pool is really nice when you need to just have a sunny day out. and staff has worked with us on everything and been so understanding!
Great service from the office staff and we greatful for such lovely neighbors. The pool is also such a great accommodation and it is kept clean daily.
It's a quiet place to live and the apartments are quite nice. The kitchen is large with tons of storage and a marble countertop. The outside is clean, no trash.
They have mice and maintenance is horrible.. and company's keep switching.
Ever since the property changed hands in mid 2022, this place has been horrendous. Don't get me wrong, the unit itself is nice and I genuinely enjoy living in it. You just better hope that nothing ever goes wrong with it. Management doesn't answer calls or emails, basically the only way to contact them is by going into the central office. Maintenance tickets sit untouched for weeks and then closed without communication. The laundry center frequently has machines broken and they even flat out closed it for multiple weeks yet when it opened back up I noticed absolutely no difference. I will not be renewing my lease here and strongly advise anyone else to look elsewhere unless this is your only option.
Rent is very high for what you get. There are roaches, mildew, mold, and the faucets barely work. Washers and dryers in the shared laundry room only work half the time, and people constantly leave their things in them for hours on end so its difficult to get any laundry done. I'll be leaving when my lease is up. I hate it here.

Everytime I have an issue they fix it asap! And they’re very understanding, the apartments are very nice inside and clean.
We have good people in Beech Grove apts. The manager and maintance are right there most of the time helping beechgove to be a great place. Some people never can be pleased with anything, no matter what ya do. I do wish the pool was open though.

New management took over and the people in the office don't have a clue how to run an apartment complex. Maintenance is horrible about answering after hours calls. So many people have moved that they need to keep a big dumpster (roach motel) in the parking lot at all times. Its June 12th and the pool STILL isn't open. Every time you ask about it, it's "next week". Apartments are DEFINITELY over priced!! The only good thing about Beech Grove is the people that live there.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide exceptional service to our residents and it is important to know when we have fallen short. We did have the pool re-plastered at the beginning of this month. This delayed the normal opening schedule of the pool. After this work was completed we did have some complications with the chemical levels. We are diligently working on getting this resolved so that you can enjoy the new pool for the rest of the summer without interruptions. We do have a temporary dumpster because of the renovations we are completing. When we remove cabinets and such from the apartments we cannot fill up the regular dumpsters with this type of debris because the residents will not have anywhere to throw away their trash. This situation is temporary and will no longer be needed once the renovations are completed. We have recently changed the staff in the rental office. We expect that the new staff will provide you with the quality of service that you expect and deserve as a resident of Beech Grove Apartments. Thank you again for your feed back.
Management is new n they cool. Apartments I think are over priced in my opinion. Maintenance is good with answering calls. Apartments need a true renovation.
If you are looking for a family friendly place to live at amazing prices this is the place to be. The apartments are conveniently located near several grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, retail stores and so much more! And the best part is ALL of these places are within walking distance! They have renovated all of their apartments and let me tell you they look amazing! ALL the apartments have new carpet, windows, stove, refrigerator, cabinets and flooring! They are very spacious! And they are pet friendly! Not only is there a park to take your children to enjoy, they also have a swimming pool big enough to fit several people at once! They have grills stationed in several places to grill out so you can enjoy time with you family no matter where they are. They have benches located in the shade so you can enjoy a good read outside without the sun beaming down on you. They even have their very own pet station for your pets to use the restroom with convenient doggy bags to clean up after your pets. Everyone is very close to one another and no one is a stranger. It's like we are one big family. Beech Grove is also located near several schools! One of my favorite things about this place is that I have my own balcony. So I can sit outside and enjoy mother nature! So if you need a place to live this is the place for you, your friend(s) and family!
