Excellent customer service. Management and maintenance team are the absolute best!
Bedford Parke has made my move in process a breeze. They respond quickly to any questions I have and are extremely friendly and welcoming! I am confident that I can count on the management staff to help me with anything I need!
My residency here at Bedford Parke has been very enjoyable. The community is quiet and very clean. The staff in the office are all very nice and always there if I have a question or need anything. It's easy to see the management cares about the residents and the property at Bedford Park.
Professional office staff and maintenance. Community always clean and kept up well. Excited for the rest of the upgrades to be completed such as the gym.
I searched many places before selecting Bedford Parke. Since I am not from the area, I drove around to visit the complexes, made calls to get information. I settled on this complex - why? Because it is clean and kind of hidden away from the hustle and bustle of all the traffic. This is a very nice complex. The rooms are spacious. The layout of my one bedroom was surprising when I first looked at it. Finally, good closet space and decent sized rooms. The sunroom and built-in office space was a bonus and so appreciated. Neighbors are pretty quite and usually keep to themselves. Management and maintenance is pretty response to requests. Overall, I am quite happy here.

I have not lived in an apartment community for the past 20 years. In moving to the Warner Robins area, I considered/narrowed it down to three complexes. My decision was based on location, floor plan (two-story buildings rather than three) and the fact that I did not have to pay additional monies just to be on the first floor. I've been here about a month now -so far, so good.
The apartments are very well maintained. It is convenient to restaurants and shops. The office staff is very friendly and I whenever I have called needing maintaince, it is handled within a day. The grounds are well maintained and my neighbors have been very pleasant. I must say that the rooms are very spacious and the closets are large which is a plus.
This is a very safe, gated community in the heart of Warner Robins. It is very convenient to all major roads and less than 10 minutes from I-75. Office staff is super friendly and we have a courtesy officer. The grounds are very well maintained. I haven't had to call for maintenance much at all, but they are very fast when responding to requests. On-site exercise facility, laundry and car care areas are very clean and available when/if you need to use them. Mailboxes located downstairs in each building. All of my neighbors are quiet and I haven't seen a lot of kids running around. I happily renewed after one year.
