black water, owners dont care about you at all. We begged for our garbage disposal to get fixed and they waited 6 months and then the "FIx" was removing it completely
Asbestos ceilings, no air flow, you can hear your neighbors cough, sneeze, Its dirty, so many things were broken when I moved in and not addressed at all. This place is a hole, which is made worse by bad neighbors and management. The water turns/stains everything orange and is probably unsafe to consume but everyone who lives here is too poor to get it tested. Don't live here. They put in new smart meters that give cancer this coming week.
I lived there for 4yrs. In that time Noneman raised the rent 5 times. It's outdated. Horrible well water that will damage your hair and clothes if you use their laundry facilities. You'll clean the tub and after 1 shower it's turning orange from the rust, same with the toilet. Maintenance and snow removal are not fast about anything. Walls are thin, so if your neighbors have a kid or dog or tv against the shared wall, you'll be annoyed real quick. It all went downhill after my first year there.
