Tina the landlord never responds to any of our messages or requests. so far we have been living here for 4 months without a fire alarm. trash is constantly littered all over the place. maitenance is rude and also unresponsive. i have had to call 911 more than once because of domestic violence overheard from neighbors. look elsewhere. this place is shady!

We recently moved into an apartment here and Alexis made it as stress free and smooth as possible for us. I'm looking forward to the experience.
I recently moved to Bedford Loop Apts, and any request I had was immediately and professionally dealt with by Alexis. Her genuine friendly demeanor, clear communication, and prompt assistance consoled the stress of moving. The best location and clean space for the money, the attentive care shown by the manager lets me know I made the right decision. The flexible lease is new to me; perfect for life changes. I recommend checking it out and talking with Alexis; you will see for yourself.
The manager is so sweet, she made my move in super easy. I can tell she cares about her renters!
The landlord here is very awesome! She had been very helpful with me and she does things for us right off.
I have a 1 bedroom apt! It’s so much space!!!!!! I love it!!!! Down stairs, quiet in the corner!!! I don’t have to PAY FOR WATER!!!!! I promise y’all living here is great for single people, and the two bedroom is pretty big too!!! It’s literally right behind the U of A campus! The best part is LATIA the office manager is very kind, full of life, and her happiness is very intoxicating!!!! She will make you happy to rent here. She makes you feel so welcome! She is new to this property and really cares about the renters! I hope to see y’all as my new neighbors!!!!
Very unprofessional. Does not respect any agreement. No one is ever in office. And yes they will always send a collection agency after you even though you moved out had no charges. They will find a way to send debtors after you and never send you a bill.
