My daughter attended Cornerstone University and found Beckwith Place to be a perfect place to call home! The staff is very friendly and helpful, any maintenance needs were taken care of very quickly.
Beckwith Place is at nexus of cost-effective living and useful, modern features. While not the most upscale establishment, the structures and amenities of Beckwith Place make it an appealing place to live while staying within a reasonable budget. Office staff is friendly and informative. Maintenance repairs are done quickly, within 36 hours. Dedicated covered parking, lockable outside storage, dishwasher, same level washer and dryer, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments with patio/deck, private backyards, and easy access to highways/downtown area. A great option for the money! ($700/month)
It is hidden and out of sight from the main road. The staff is wonderful and it is nice and quiet all the time. The pool is heated and have lounge chairs but know table. The club house is small holding twenty people.
The place is in good condition although, the appliances could use an update . Rent is affordable deposit is reasonable the apartments are spacious and I'm very happy that their 2 bedroom also, has 2 bathrooms that pretty nice. Management is nice and easy to work with.
