Abhorrent property management and ultimately allowing bait and switch tactics to con people into a lease that is “too good to be true”. I have tried for weeks to understand why they can charge us more than what was promised only to hear oh well you signed a lease which I was told would be corrected “all the leases look like this”. “Your discount will reflect In The portal”. Lies. And upon move in we were told the bugs we saw were “water bugs”. Wrong they were German cockroaches and we are footing the bill for pest maintenance to keep them out since they refuse to pay for a pre-existing problem. They are EVERYWHERE in the development! Not just the apartments but the clubhouse, the townhouses and in the new build single family homes that start at $500k!!! Can you imagine paying half a million for German cockroaches and I did let them know they were there they’re all over. Don’t waste your money or time. It’s a ripoff. Doesn’t matter how pretty you think they are they will scam and lie through their teeth. These bugs are everywhere the clubhouse the pool the public garbage!

All of our specials are clearly outlined. We have never once had an issue with German Cockroaches. Our apartments and clubhouse are sprayed weekly by pest control, and we are always happy to send our professional pest control company to your home by request. Beautiful property that is managed by a very sketchy company. Deceptive advertising. Management company has some really horrible reviews on other sites and it is best to listen to them. The “specials” are not what they claim to be and you better screen shot and get everything in writing.
