Property Ratings at Beau Rivage 115
I have lived at Beau Rivage in a 3rd floor 2/2 apartment for 1 1/2 years. I really, really like it. It's quiet. I'm impressed with the responsiveness of maintenance when I have an issue needing attention. Always same day. I feel safe here when I'm out walking around the complex. I really, really like the grassy areas, especially when it's all freshly mowed. The other tenants are always nice when you see them, but people generally keep to themselves. The location is perfect. Very convenient to everywhere in Spokane.
But they'll manage to take your deposit. I'd avoid this place at all cost if I had it to do over again.
These apartments are great for the price. $830/mo for a 1190 sqft, 3 bedroom 2 Bath is beautiful. Our unit has vaulted ceilings, a fire place, and double doors for the master bedroom. All three things that my wife loved and sold her on the place. After being here for over a year, the only thing that I don't like is that it has soooo many units, but no playground or pool for children. This is something we noticed and we don't have any kids yet. The racquetball gym, multiple fitness centers are a plus, and maintenance is pretty quick and thorough in getting things done. Security walks about the complex during the night and the community is pretty respectful of each other. It's about 2 miles from the local community college, but there's a variety of tenants that occupy the units. Not just college students. Hope this helps.
This is the best apartments I have stayed lived in! I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath and it's amazing! The rooms are big and closets in all the rooms are nice, I especially like the master bedroom closet which is a walk in! The kitchen is BIG and the living space is so nice! I have a deck and it over looks an amazing view of the mountains! All the landlords are friendly and very helpful. And unlike my last apartment this one has lots and lots of parking! Over all I have referred many of my friends and family to them because they are amazing.
I live in one of the three bedroom townhouses here. It's a nice set up and a good size for the price. The area is quiet and is conveniently located near centennial trail and hiking locations. The walls between units are thick enough that you hardly ever hear your neighbors, but the upstairs floor is pretty noisy. This might be different for the apartments as opposed to the townhome units.
I moved to Spokane for law school 3 years ago and have lived here throughout law school. It is relatively inexpensive compared to what I was paying in Seattle. However, it is slightly more than my counterparts are paying. The reason I chose it was because it had in unit laundry and a carport for the winter. Although the winters have not been that bad, I did not want to be on the South Hill and have to get to school (not an experienced snow driver). It is about a 10 minute drive to school and 15 minutes to downtown Spokane. The bedrooms are large which is nice. Things I wish my apartment had; Outdoor space, larger kitchen, more storage.
Best maintenance I've ever had renting. Quiet, high ceilings make them look huge and with washer and dryer its really the best value hands down.
