This unit is on the northside of building 2, on the 3rd floor. For a 1-year contract, the total amount due each month is $785.00; the security deposit is $785.00. We do have short time options $785.00 + : +$25.00/month for 9 months +$50.00/month for 6 months +$75.00/month for 3 months Included in the rent is: Access to our Onsite Gym, Water, Gas, Sewage, and Garbage. This unit is pet friendly. The pet deposit is $350.00, and pet rent is an additional $50.00 per month ($150.00 of the pet deposit (per pet) is non-refundable). Electricity (through Rocky Mountain Power) and your renters insurance are the only things you need to pay for on your own.
