Beacon Ridge Apartments

This is the. 2nd time I have lived here and I have been very happy both times. Great place to live.

The staff is so kind! The complex always looks so nice and the amenities are the best!

I have been living at Beacon for about two years now and it has been a pleasant one. Their accommodation go from spacious living quarters to beautiful outdoor spaces that include the swimming pool and walking areas for the dogs. Although parking is like any other apartment, there will be parking wars. Lived here through 2 different office managers and associates and all have been a joy to approach and will help with any questions you may have.

I have loved living here, Beacon Ridge is well maintained and has always felt like a safe place for me to live. The neighbors and community are wonderful and the staff is second to none.

The property is always clean and safe! All of the resident are kind and courteous. Our unit is updated and the price we pay for the area is reasonable. Only downside is the maintenance team. Most submissions are handled in a decent time but others just fall through for up to weeks at a time. Hope it improves in the future. Overall, definitely recommend Beacon Ridge!

We have lived her at BR for almost 2 years now and we love it. We love the property it’s clean and the staff is always friendly. Not to mention the monthly things the office does for the residents is wonderful. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax come check out Beacon Ridge.

We LOVE living at Beacon Ridge, Enterprise! It is a quiet, peaceful, and affordable community. Our neighbors are very nice and office managers are very supportive and helpful. We rarely hear our neighbors and the amenities are awesome! I recommend Beacon Ridge!

Beacon ridge is the best community in enterprise, hands down! I have loved living here for the past 6 months! I have never failed to feel safe in this community and that’s a huge factor for me! Maintenance is great as well as well as the office staff!

I’ve had a bad experience with apartment living in the past and it had me hesitant to ever live in an apartment again. Beacon Ridge has changed my mind for the better! The staff is friendly and handles all considers appropriately and quickly. The grounds and apartments are clean and the amenities are great! First and foremost, the staff has been amazing! They are always welcoming, kind, and address concerns in a timely manner. They plan fun events every month to build the community and truly make this place feel like home. I know not everyone wants to be friends with their neighbors, but ours have been nothing short of amazing and we are so blessed to have them. The apartments themselves could use a little updating(cabinets, etc.), but otherwise, it really is a beautiful place to live. They keep all common areas clean and maintained. If you are looking for an affordable apartment with amenities and smiling faces, this is the place.
