      Very good management

      We are very happy to live here. The cleaners clean up on time every day, and every corner is super clean. Any questions you have can be answered promptly. The management of this building is outstanding!

      Great maintenance

      The building has great maintenance. It is within walking distance of food stores , cinema , libraries and many restaurants. It is near public transportation providing access to museums and medical providers. Our 14 years here have been great.

      Long Time Resident

      I have lived at Beacon Park for many years and could not be happier. Great location in Coolidge Corner featuring many amenities including indoor parking, fitness room, modern appliances including microwave and dishwasher, laundry room on each floor and heat and AC included in the rent to name a few. On site property manager and maintenance staff who are very responsive to any issues, small or big. I highly recommend this property as having great value.

      Fantastic location

      We have lived here for 10 years, so many improvements have been made to the units like new appliances, beautiful counter tops and flooring. A small but very convenient gym was also added. The green C line is across the street and the D line a 10 minute walk. But there is also an indoor garage, which works great during those snowy days. We have used the community room for birthday parties as well as the outdoor space for small get togethers. The elevators are a great plus and a rarity in Brookline.
