The move-in experience was absolutely seamless, thanks to Christine McCracken. She was incredibly responsive, organized, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready and stress-free. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the whole process smooth and welcoming. So grateful for her support—she truly made a great first impression of the community!

Quiet and safe community with nice location. The complex and unit are clean and wonderful, very happy with both and looking forward to rest of my stay here. Ana, the property manager, has been kind and responsive in all communication, and has been wonderful throughout the application process. Issac, the onsite maintenance contact, is great and quick.

I've been happy with my experience with BeachWalk Apartments so far. I'm getting good value for the monthly rent based on how much my monthly rent is, the condition of my unit, and the condition of the apartment complex. I only have good things to say about this apartment complex: -It is clean and well maintained -The interior of my unit is great -It's relatively quiet -Ana has been a great property manager, including being friendly and responsive

The property manager, Ana, was extremely easy to work with and very communicative in helping me land my first apartment! She answered all of my questions and provided me all the information I requested from her in a timely manner - if it was not for her, I most likely would not have moved in to this complex. That being said, the complex is extremely nice and lowkey. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful views (second floor facing the bay). Rooms are extremely nice compared to other properties I have toured, especially at this value. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check this place out.

I currently live here and I can say it's definitely a quiet, peaceful apartment complex. Although insulation is not ideal, the noise from neighbors is minimum and has never been an issue for me; just your typical apartment living cons. Airplanes can also be heard, again, nothing that is bothersome unless you're extremely sensitive to noise. There are many trails/parks to enjoy and people can be seen exercising at all hours-even after dark. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and cleaning staff keep the shared areas very clean. Garbage is always picked up on time and trash area is always tidy. In addition to the one reserved carport parking spot, there is an additional parking area for tenants for a second vehicle as well as plenty of street parking. There is a church and middle school next door so there is always plenty of parking in the evenings for those that work late. Having lived in several apartment complexes, I can definitely recommend living here.

My parents have been living at beach walk apartment for the last 4 years. Their unit is a little outdated when they moved in. However, the onsite maintenance guy is super friendly and helpful, the property manager is also very responsive to email or text. Neighbors are nice. Its a nice and quite community and they have upgraded their pool and the barbecue area 2 years ago.

It is reasonably priced for the location. We stayed here for last two years and enjoyed very good support from the Property management team. Specifically we like to mention, the maintenance support, whenever we required during the pandemic. It has diverse range of tenants of all age groups. The place is quiet and well maintained and well ventilated.

Good maintenance. Very clean. Remodeled units. Great views from second floor units facing the water.

This is such a beautiful and peaceful community - A smaller complex with the absolute best staff. I have a bay view for the most reasonable price in Foster City. Highly recommend this complex!
