Property Ratings at Beach Colony
I've been a resident for 4 years and love it here. The neighbors are friendly and you see many of them regularly at the pool or grill or at the beach. The best feature is of course the beach just across the street! Some neighbors have been here more than a decade and some have left and come back. Great place to live.
Great place to live. It's extremely close to the beach and within walking distance of downtown Del Mar. The neighbors are pleasant and friendly. The complex itself is very well maintained with the staff being on call and the manager is very friendly. Overall a great place to live.
For all you beach lovers out there, this one is for you!! Situated across the street from prestigious Del Mar beach, there are ocean views available (one of which I have from my second story studio) Pool on premises. Safe. Walking distance to the beach , city of Del Mar, dog beach,Del Mar racetrack, , restaurants and parks. A true "find".
