The 5,52,805 and 163 freeways are all close by. Grocery store,movies,restaurants and Costco are all less than a mile from the property. No Pets and No Smoking community. Garages are available for an additional charge. Remodeled units available. Smoke Free Community. No pets Deposit is same as monthly rent.

Property Ratings at Bayview Apartments
Really enjoy living here. No complaints. Taco shop is really good and it is nice and quiet.
Do yourself a favor and get a corner unit.You only have neighbors on 2 sides and get a nice cross breeze. Friendly neighbors and staff took care of any repairs and the onsite liquor store had a nice selection of everything.
Perfect community as it is across the street from where my kids went to school. Would recommend. Never had any issues
I do not recommend this place !! If you think you are paying less for the location please think again. They will never give you the deposit back.
Location is great. Close to all highways. Pool and spa on site. Small a d quiet community
The community is nice and work is constantly being done to improve the property. My kids love the pool and spa during summer break and there is a park right across the street. We enjoy our 2/2 apartment. The staff and maintenance are always nice and helpful. Also a pizza shop on the property helps on those nights I am to lazy to cook.
