Bayside at Coronado

I’ve lived here for over 3 years and love the location and amenities. The management however has really gone downhill. They have a hard time communicating efficiently and tending to issues that are actually important. They’re worried about painting the buildings to a boring color but don’t seem to care about my termite nest with chewed up wood and termite droppings. They’ve started to enforce silly rules regarding how we park in our parking spots and what can be on our balconies but every time it rains, I’m left with only a few inches of dry walkway for weeks. Now that they’re raising rent as much as they can for all renewals, I think it’s time to shop around

Over priced apt. Location is great but you will live in less than good apt.

I 've been happy with my Broadstone apartment, I think the staff is excellent and I truly enjoy the pool.

Its to expensive and the fact they dont charge less when you cant use the amenities because of COVID-19 is a little ridiculous. Half the reason I came to the complex is because of the amenities. I will not re-up when the lease is up, because of the price, Constant issues somewhere in the building, people not picking up after their dogs, and not giving a break when the amenities are not to be used.

Love living here! Incredible to be living right on the water steps away from literally everything. I can ride my bike or even walk to work. My apartment is updated and feels like a luxury space. So many useful amenities and options. Perfect place for me.

The fact that we have lived at Broadstone Coronado on the Bay for over 21 years is a good indication that we are very happy living here.

Broadstone Coronado is one of the most well kept, and beautiful communities we have ever lived in! Such amazing, wonderful people in the community who all share a love for dogs. The staff is receptive, quick, responsive and supportive! Every person who we have talked to in the office is very understanding and make sure that we are always comfortable without questions asked! Such a beautiful area close to downtown and a 2 minute walk to the bay! We live this community and cant speak more highly of it!

My dog loves living in Broadstone, as they are very pet friendly. However, they are not very people friendly in that they continue to keep amenities closed or limited access and continue charging us the same amount of extremely high rent

Broadstone Coronado has been our home for 8 happy years knowing that we will be cared for in every aspect of our needs and comfort. Thank you!

Broadstone on the Bay is my gateway to living in Paradise after moving from Massachusetts. It has all the amenities I wanted and there is plenty if parking for residents and street parking for guests. I love the pet-friendly atmosphere and that was a deciding factor for me. The grounds are immaculate and lush...a lot of privacy on my patio. The rent price of my 1 bedroom rental was reasonable and I am grateful to have found the perfect location...on Coronado near the most beautiful view of San Diego skyline and the beaches nearby. This is my new home!

I've only moved in here just three short weeks ago and my experience has been more than I had expected! The staff is accommodating and friendly. The grounds are very well kept and beautiful, and the bay is a short 3 minute walk from my apartment! I will have to report more later after all the amenities open, as I can't get the full experience as of yet. It's so far everything has superseded all of my hopes!

Broadstone on the Bay is a wonderful lifestyle and a place that makes me very happy

They make it look very appealing with all of the amenities but this place is a mess. We have new front desk workers every other week. They can’t keep the same employees for longer than a month. besides the fact that they are all very rude and really don’t care whatsoever if your having issues with your apartment. It is insanely infested with roaches. Just walking by the pool you’ll have roaches crawling on your feet. Also they forget to mention that you pay all of the commodity bills so that adds another 75-100 to your monthly bill. Just save your time and money and don’t fall for their tricks

Great location BUT... if you don't mind the water being shut off frequently, roaches, and uncaring staff this might be the place for you. All in all the apartments are overpriced. In all fairness the maintenance staff was helpful and professional. Management appears to be trying to update the grounds. We were here 10 months and frankly happy to leave. Once we said we were not renewing we were cut off from being notified of activities and when we scheduled our close out walkthrough they gave us a two hour window and didn't show up during the timeframe. Harassment for not renewing? The two stars are for the location and maintenance team.

Coronado is a great place to live and this place is a relative bargain for Coronado. However, what you see is not exactly what you get. The common immensities are frequently down or not available. For example, the sauna has been intermittent for at least 6 months. The outdoor TVs don't have remotes (well there is ONE remote that can turn them on but can't change channels), so they are basically useless. There is WIFI in the lounge but it has not been working for the last 3 weeks. There are available computers but one has had a "system error" and has been non functional for at least 6 months, and another has no mouse. There is a fit box in the yoga room, where you can play workout videos, but the TV is always off and there is no remote control to turn it on, so it is mostly useless. I could go on. I like living here overall but it could be so much better with just a little attention to these details. Keep this in mind when you take a tour of the place.

I have lived here since April 2017. My electric meter has been wrong since my move in date. Conservice has been billing me incorrectly from day 1. 3 management teams have come and gone since I moved in. I have to tell each one the same story over and over. They all day they are going to fix the problem, and nothing happens. I have been documenting my meter readings every day & brought them to the newest manager, who said she would resolve this "quickly". They compared my meter readings with Conservice, and sure enough, Conservice has been billing wrong. Result? NOTHING!! They have refused to refund me any money or fix my meter! I will be moving out ASAP. Do yourself a favor, DON'T rent from Broadstone Coronado!

Overpriced. You share amenities with the entire complex, our 1 BR/1BTH 600 sq ft was $346 for electric and water in July. Half of the amenities do not work, but you're still charged for them. The power and water shut off several times a month.

I love my apartment, apartment complex, the management team and the maintenance staff.

We love Broadstone Coronado. Aside from the construction for all the renovations on the older units and the price tag for each rental, we really enjoy living here! Amenities are awesome and it's right on the Coronado bay. If you're new to the area I definitely suggest checking them out!

I just love how well these apartments are presented and how beautiful the floor plans are. In all the videos I have seen that display property I have not seen any that display each floor plan individually. I also love the location of these apartments, the water front is so calming , but the activity of the restaurants and stored make it feel alive at the same time. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury feel at a affordable price.
