Newly renovated spacious 2 bedroom apartment for lease in Bayshore Towers. Ground floor next to manager's office. Covered parking, swimming pool, sauna, weight room, library, meeting/party room, secure building. Killer views from poolside and grounds. Walking distance to farmers' market, beach. Nice lanai with private entrance. Secure building. Building policy prohibits dogs and cats. Please don't call me to explain how your 10 year old, perfectly behaved, saintly chihuahua would not be a problem. It is not within my authority to allow pets. If you have a gold fish or a box turtle, that would probably be okay. Sorry.
