I love living at Bayshore Place! The positive energy and helpful management create a great atmosphere. Gabby is simply awesome. I feel safe here, and the proximity to shopping is a great asset. My only concern is that the elevator frequently malfunctions.

Love it here. Close to shops, Trader Joe’s etc. can walk o the lake. Ease off the expressway. 19 minutes from downtown. Great apartment management. Has a movie theater and bowling plus restaurants. Definitely a great lifestyle place to live

Bayshore is a beautiful apartment complex within the Bayshore mall. Excellent shopping adventures! The staff at Bayshore are extremely friendly and helpful. The on site maintenance is responsive and clean. I highly recommend Bayshore place!

Love the area, apartment and community I enjoy walking through Bayshore with many activities to participate in and to shop and live in one space.
Bayshore place is a very comfortable, friendly environment and nice and quiet. The location is very convenient too. Only thing is it takes a long time to get things fixed if needed due to being short staffed with maintenance.
The property managers are awesome and so helpful. My apartment is super quiet, too. I LOVE the location, and having the option to park in the Bayshore parking garage for free is huge!

Love the surrounding area. Love the layout of the loft & the overall housing community, however some minor adjustments could have been made prior to moving in. Also, more upkeep of facilities (i.e hallways, floors) would be appreciated.

Love this apartment. Good location and fair price. I love the space I have in my 1 bedroom apartment. I love having a gym and a courtyard and free parking.

I really enjoy the peacefulness and friendly neighbors. Although I wish management would remind people that their pets should be on a lease and not freely running around in the halls. Everyone does not like pets and some are allergic to pets. Overall, I love it here.
