Property Ratings at Baypoint Estates
I was surprised by how many people I talked to that had no idea this complex was even buried back there off of 19th St. Easy walking distance to Canal Park and the Lakewalk, friendly residents, great staff, great views of the harbor, and lots of peace and quiet. The only noise problems I ever had were migrating geese. Very well maintained and kept clean. Great place to call home.
