It is directly east of Point Reyes National Seashore, a spectacular park covering more than 71,000 acres on the Point Reyes Peninsula. To be frank, I have recommended the location when under prior ownership but, due to the problems with the in place since your arrival maintenance supervisor, I have not wanted to subject others to his flagrant disrespect and lack of organization (of the qualified team carrying out the maintenance requests). I reiterate that the team is great, but the maintenance supervisor is ruining your reputation.
They need to do their job to maintain the apartment quality and satisfaction of the tenant, not only raise the rent bill but there's no improvement.
