We moved here to save money which was one the biggest mistakes of our life!The management here lies constantly to the tenants and will say anything to get you to rent here and then when you move in everything they promised will go away or you will get a attitude from the manager.alot of the tenants are not happy with the living conditions.The tenants have not had a elevator since September along with underground parking as they were told they would have.There are more excuses everyday why things aren't taken care of.This would be a Great place to live with different management.by the way they are right there for their money though!Do your self a favor and steer clear of this place or you will move in and want to move out very fast!

The issues with the elevator that you did not mention is that we had major flooding due to a lot of rain coming down really fast with nowhere to go. We were not the only place in town dealing with this issue, many businesses, and the fire department, but they do not have elevators like we do. The entire elevators and hydraulics were ruined. So they had to be ordered, then you have to wait for them to come in. They do not carry them in stock. As for the underground parking, there are things that had to be fixed because of being ruined by the flood, then they have to be inspected. The process is lengthy, is does not happen overnight, as you think it should. I understand everyone being frustrated, but we are doing the very best we can, we do not control the contractors schedules, so we have to be patient. Thank you
