Baycove is a great place to rent an apartment! For the price and spacious layouts you aren’t gonna find anything like it in the Clearwater Area! Most places are double the price and a lot smaller! Overall the grounds and community has improved significantly and the staff is Amazing! Jacquie, Jeffrey And Anthony always goes above and beyond!!! Ask for Jeffrey to rent your next apartment at Baycove!

Jackie came in and completely redid this community! She has such a kind and understanding heart! She and the rest of the team is absolutely amazing not to mention the maintenance! As we know know maintenance is needed and underrated at most communities but here the maintenance is amazing and on top of every order immediately Anthony the maintenance manager makes sure himself everything is done and done the right way! Very pleased with my home and the team that keeps this place together

So I have lived her for 3+ years and once the new management took over they literally did just that “took over” They are doing landscaping, doing same day repairs, excellent customer service just overall amazing people! This is one of the worst apartment complexes. For the price you pay in rent, you can get a much better apartment for the same price. Bugs EVERYWHERE. Rats. This place is UNBELIEVABLE. I will say that the flooring in nice, but that's about it. It says there is a dog park - honestly haven't seen one since being here. It says there are three pools - have never seen one being used. Laundry rooms are disgusting. I could go on and on and on. But ya know what, go ahead and rent here. I'll let you be the judge.

I'm not big on reviews but I felt like I had to review my new apartment. I moved here from NC. Brandon was a complete professional. I could not have felt more welcome. He was so thorough and explained everything with ease. Moving from another state I needed more info that I'm sure other do. When we wen to look at the actual apartment I could not believe it. The property was nice but I didn't expect the level of upgrades the apartment would have. The kitchen was soooo nice. Quartz counter tops were amazing. I love the plank flooring. I got a town home and the space is great. The pools are very nice and they just got new pool furniture. I wasn't sure about the W/D in the bedroom but it has been very handy! So if your looking for a super nice place at a decent price rent here!
they don't do what they say. we currently live here and they keep raising and lowering the rent so we never know what we pay. the maintenance hasn't came to fix a leak we had. some people were told they could move in but no they had to wait 2 weeks to move in. there are cops out here every other night. always smells like pot. its not a kid friendly place. the park i can't even get in the swing and im 5"6. i have to lift my little sister up who is 2, to get on the play set.
There is disgusting water that stinks coming out of all our apartments. The manager is the worst. They do not fix things, in a timely manner. Cars get towed if you live here or not, your guests too. I would not move here. I’m happy to leave soon. They have a bug pond pool too. This is a nasty place.

Only gave a 1 star bc there wasn't an option to give a 0.Mold in the apartments. Had several leaks within a 3 month span. First time reported they said they fixed the issue, had a waterfall in my dinning room within a month. You would think that they would fix the molded drywall... Nope just patch it up and paint over it. Same for the mold that was in the master bedroom. Band-aid fixes. You pay monthly for pest control yet no one does a monthly spray? What am I paying monthly for? Trash is always piled up in front of the complex due to having only a compactor and a dumpster for the whole complex. Implimented a new trash service for an extra charge for what?? Not worth the price you pay. Good luck on having a family member from out of town come stay with you for more than a week out of the year... This can't be done unless the person is on the lease with you. Didn't see that one coming. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. People breaking in to cars in the middle of the night. Water is split between the whole building, so even if you aren't there for 2 weeks you still have an outrageous water bill to pay every month. The list could go on.
I like my stay here its temporary for my family it is a nice complex staff have all been very nice and the little issues I have had as soon as I go to them with any problem they handle it immediately regardless of what it is. I've had nothing but good experience here as of this far. Love that it is close to everything if you have to walk there are plenty of places close enough to do so. Maintained grounds and pools apartments are nice and big friendly people living here. It is a nice place to live and quite place as well
Came home from work to a nasty smell, like something died. Called the office to notify them. and their response " Oh I'm sorry pest control only comes on Wednesday", so we have to live with that for a week? "Yes, I'm sorry there's nothing we can do"! Are you kidding me right now? The smell is so bad I literally threw up in my mouth!

We have had We have had a very frustrating time in a few months living here. It is a very old building with a lot of problems. We have asked for several things to be fixed and they never have been. Some of our friends that live here say they have horrible pest control problems. We pay for monthly pest control but no one has ever come to spray in our apartment. So we end up doing it on our own, in fear that our neighbors problem will become our problem. And they tell us that the problem is really bad. One of our biggest issues is that there's mold constantly growing out of the air conditioning vents. We were told to spray bleach into the vents by the manager, but the mold keeps growing and they won't fix it.
