I know this is something I keep mentioning but the parking situation is not being monitored. I’ve been towed it is but there is no way possible they are. I witness random cars parked overnight and for days at a time parked and not towed. There is supposedly this 3 day rule for the visitor spot but that’s not being enforced either. I email about it and I don’t get a response. This situation really frustrates me bc I’ve had a rental towed before and a visitor I had was towed as well. This was almost 2 years ago but again it’s frustrating to see that nothing is being done now about cars parking in residential parking spacing and cars parked for long periods of time in the visitor. The problem with the neighboring community is not getting better either. Now they just park in front of the building in any parking spot.
I wish there was a playground or a area were kids could play but everyone’s friendly for the most part or keeps to themselves and an okay place to live just when you move in double check everything we had to put in a bunch of work orders cause stuff wasn’t working or parts of things were missing like we went to use the oven and a bunch of little things

I have been living in this community for a couple of years, I like it because it is small and quiet. the staff is friendly, They are quick to assist you if you need anything.
As always the value and location are ideal for what I currently need. The only complaints/issues would be the parking and maintenance services. Parking is a hit or miss depending on the time of day. Dealing with a chronic back condition it's awesome to find a spot in front of my apartment but other times it's a complete search expedition. Maintenance service is quick to respond but at times they do not actually fix anything and just make a note they stopped by and give a suggestion on how to deal with the issues rather than fix it.

Beautiful and relaxing place for human and pets. Good areas where you can walk, good swimming pool, very good maintenance, Mr. Pet is very kind and the ladies of leasing office are very smart and helpful. I love this place.

I couldn't be happier with my apartment! The size is truly impressive—there's plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each space. I’m very bothered by the fact that my vehicle has been towed twice in the past for not having my parking permit visible, but recently there has been many days and nights where cars without a parking permit has been out front of my building in resident parking and has not been towed.

This is my first experience in Florida and I am very happy to have found this type of apartments because reflect all the desideres that I wanted. Beautiful green spaces, big patio, big spaces, relaxing atmosphere, helpful people, very good manager, it is the perfect place I think !

Decent place to live. Love the apartment size and my own laundry room. Different floor plans to choose from. Pretty quiet. Did well through the hurricane. That means alot.

I’m just not satisfied lately. Maintenance is been awful lately. Pete in particular has been very rude. Service request are not been completed correctly. There are no form of communication being left in my home stating someone was there while I was not. Email communication from the office is slim to none. Parking is not being reinforced. The neighboring community is still parking in resident parking. Garbage has not been picked up the last 3 Sundays. Just such a big change signing the community. Not for the better either.

Neighbors could be nicer and park better, the sprinkler system could be tweaked to not spray hard water all over cars, but overall it's a great place to live thanks again for making it so accommodating.

Anytime I have a concern the office staff is always prompt and attentive. I appreciate the time they always take to look into my concerns. The community next door have been parking in resident parking spaces ans when I brought it to the office attention they jumped right on it. I truly am happy that our office staff cares about their residents.
I love it here. Everything is nice and clean and quiet. The pool is always nice. The grounds are kept clean. The ad on apartments.com does not do it justice.
Another year at the complex and I don't have a lot to complain about. Staff and maintenance are always available to answer questions and fix any issues that might arise in a very timely manner.
Price is fair and staff are friendly. Maintenance crew is wonderful! Love the view of the Bodhi tree in the back. Neighbors are respectful but the apartment next to Bayclub get really noisy at times. Overall, a great place to live!

Been at the complex over 10 years have always found it to be to my liking. The currrent staff is friendly and helpful. they have always been attentive to any maintenance issues that have arisen They always have time if I just stop by to say hello.

Really nice place. Lots of friendly people as well. So far we haven’t had any issues with anything, front office does seem to reply fast with solutions to issues. Overall, great place.

This community is one of the better ones I’ve stayed in. It’s a pleasure to speak to staff whenever I have a concern. That’s not often. The grounds are well kept. There are clear and concise advanced notices of when adjustments need to be made and the inclusion of community for getting to know other residents are plentiful.

Decent Area ( could be better but unfortunately it’s in between two not so crime free apts) , Great Potential but poor maintenance and lack of upgrading makes it really basic living for what you pay . Prices high yet these apartments are no where near as new as other cheaper apartments or apartments in this price range . They’re not too bad with pets but it’s probably because they don’t really care . Oh and don’t think that you’ll have any success in having family come down as they enforce these strict parking rules. Your guest car will be towed even if it is there one night at times . There is no sort of security for what we pay for and they are yet to separate us from the new apartments they opened next to us . They also charge for trash service that picks and chooses which trash and when they will come pick it up . Only would recommend coming here if you had absolutely no other choice . It has so much potential too which makes this hard to even write .

Lived here quite a long time as apartment living goes. The maintence isuues have been few but when one occurs the staff has been attentive to making sure it gets resolved in a timely manner. I always feel welcome when I stop by the office.

The apartment is older but can’t beat the price. Great customer service! Especially Andrea, she was very helpful and available to answer questions. The apartment could have been cleaned better before the move in. The refrigerator had some dirty spots in it and the kick plate in the kitchen is dusty and dirty.

I love living at Bay Club, it's a great place to raise kids, and there are businesses within a 5-mile radius. The maintenance team responded quickly, Pete is my favorite person, he is very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend Bay Club to anyone.
