It is so peaceful. I love this place! Feels like home.
living here for the past 8 months has been great. I think it worth every penny and I don't see myself moving anytime soon.

I really enjoy living here at Bay City Flats because the apartments are cozy and warm. Not only that we have all we need thank God. The staff always listens to the tenants concerns and needs. I would really recommend this place to live. Quiet and peaceful at all times. Friendly people place.
I have been living a Bay City Flats for 6 months and I can definitely say that I will be renewing my lease here in the summer. The property manager is so helpful and friendly. She really cares about her residents and is so genuine. The value and the location of this community is great. I don't think there is a better deal in Ingleside.
