Property Ratings at Bavarian Woods Apartments
Worst place I have ever lived. The first apartment they tried to give me had dead roaches everywhere and there was still a guy painting it. They found me another place that was clean but the apartment itself is awful. You can hear everything from every apartment. The blinds and toilet were always breaking. And they will jack up your rent after the first lease runs out. Also forget about you deposit they will keep it. Absolute dump!

"New Management" is a joke. They do not care about circumstance, will not work with you in any situation, and will constantly insult you with their veil of incompetence. They have moved to an online only, digital payments system. No checks, and only reluctantly accepting money orders/cashier's checks. However, if anything happens to your log-in, which they will change as they see fit, you are responsible for the problems and any delays that may have caused to your payments despite it having been caused by them. If they do something that deletes all your information, like say deleting a dead roommate from their system then so help you. You will be locked out and they will continue to demand their payments while being entirely unhelpful in resolving the issues that they'd made. Oh, and apparently, they WILL change this without even telling you if they so feel like it. The management here is a joke who don't want to address any of the issues such as parking, driveway maintenance, or you know, letting you know the actual terms of your lease until the last possible second in order to bilk you out of as much money as they possibly can before they're done with you. On top of that, the buildings ARE old, and the could absolutely use a lot of renovation to restore the absolutely gorgeous style and look Which is a shame, because the Aesthetic of the area is the one thing I loved most about this place. Unfortunately, the people in charge of it are just the worst!
I just recently moved in to Bavarian Woods and I am very happy that I did. Granted that I have not been here but a few days but I love my apartment and the fact that it is located so near everyrhing that I may need. Only time will tell how things will go but I am looking forward to a very long stay.

I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom here and I absolutely love my apartment. The community is kept very clean and so are the insides of the apartments. The office staff is great as well...very kind and courteous! I definitely recommend this community. You will not be disappointed!
Large balconies and bedrooms, very spacious! Nice pool, weight room and work out facilities are less than desirable. Laundry facilities included 2 washers and 2 dryers per building, buildings having roughly 12 apartments. So it can be difficult finding an open washer or dryer. Also washer and dryer are not maintained by the complex so if one breaks or does not unlock you have to wait for an outside party to come fix it. Ventilation is terrible as they are older buildings. Many people living at this complex do drugs and the smell of which come through the ventilation. Also the sound of running water is very loud and can be heard when apartments above and bellow turn on water. All in all this is a nice complex if you do not work out and don't mind the smell of marijuana or loud noises.
We have lived here 3 years so far, the apartments and the grounds are always well maintained, and Debbie the office manager is friendly and will work with you on any issue you might have. The maintenance staff is top notch here, always getting things fixed super fast. We've really enjoy living at Bavarian woods.
I live here from 2014 till 2016 and never had any trouble,bugs,pest,drama, etc schools are great office personnel were awesome maintenance was quick at small fixes only leaving because I'm moving out of state

Could be a real beauty. Nice area but outside maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Inside is nice but wait time for problems is a real issue. Could definitely be much more with a small investment of the owners.

RUDE management! WILL COME IN YOUR HOME WHEN EVER THEY PLEASE! Will tell you different, don't believe them ! Low quality, thin walls, windows let all weather in you can here outside like they were open ! I will not be renewing my lease I regent moving here !!
I moved in with my boyfriend after I graduated college and in four years of renting apartments at school I have never been to somewhere so terrible. RUDE staff, raising prices with no reason, not updated, maintenance does not knock before coming in. Just all together a very bad experience and after looking around at new apartments because we are certainly not renewing our lease, I found out that these are common problems at the community. I also have studied housing in college and know that they do not act how professionals should.
