Property Ratings at Barry Court Apartments
Noisy neighbors, banging , screaming and yelling all hours of the night and management does nothing
If something breaks, you are going to have to live with it. The 'new' management company Goldcrest, is worse than the last. They tell you they will do work and they don't. They are raising rents with no improvements done to the vast majority of units with increased rents. Pipes are bursting, ceilings are caving in, ceilings are leaking. There is no concern for the tenants. At least that is what being ignored and lied to feels like. Goldcrest spends their time saying that the last management company is at fault.
Do not move here they have squirrels in apartments and maintenance is terrible. Roof is falling into people's apartments.
Do not move here this place is disgusting. It’s dirty and they don’t take care of them at all
The Apartments have MICE and the management does little to nothing to fix the problem!!!!!!
