30 year old rentals with a face lift. Very nice looking but the age shows after living in them. Builders grade materials that were installed with a measure once cut twice approach. Heating cooling, plumbing, and electric are always breaking, and the common areas like the tennis court and dog park are in a state of constant neglect. Overall the units get the job done for the price in todays market, but don’t expect a luxury apartment feel when you move in.

Living here so far has been a pleasant experience. Management is very understand and communicative. Though there has been bumps in the road, solutions has been made time and time again. I have lived here for close to a year now and am releasing. The staff has changed hands and the new management is beyond wonderful. They have worked and helped me with every problem that I’ve had in a timely manner, going above and beyond. While before my problems would get ignored and pushed to the side. This place is super pet friendly, and the community is very nice. The apartment renovation is wonderful, everything is new and modern. The place is spacious and the grounds are beautiful. You can’t beat the location either.

I took a tour and I am so excited to be moving in. The place is newly renovated. The kitchens have new stainless steel appliances, new cupboards and counter tops. I love the fire place facade and light fixtures. The design is so modern. Can't wait to move in.

Not only is this place great to live at. The location is perfect! Two minutes from Crocker Park is the best. The Barrington is very Pet friendly and offers newly renovated modern style type of living, with amenities all in one place. A new workout room is being renovated as we speak which i cannot wait for. The pool to the tennis court and the dog parks. Everything is in one spot you do not even have to leave your apartment complex to have a good time. Not to mention the management staff and maintenance team are great.

Great place to live, wonderful staff, no complaints. Have lived in the complex for almost a year, just signed lease for year two. Very nice neighborhood.
Beautiful remodeled apartment homes. Lived here since 2008
Good place to live. Nice apartment though a bit small for 4 people. Can hear neighbors which is annoyance. Pool is nice, they put on good activities which need to be taken advantage of by more tenants. Need to have new dog run now.
I have lived here for two years and was really considering moving out of my apartment until the new team came in. Jen is great, super friendly and willing to help. The maintenance seems good too. I’ve never had any problems.
The Barrington Place Apartments have it all! These apartments by far are the best apartments I ever stayed in. The staff is amazing especially Linda she is so sweet, Maintnence gets the job handled the same day you contact them that’s a plus. I love the fact I’m by 90 I work downtown and that’s perfect. Needless to say the restaurants and shopping mall is so close. If you have kids the school system here is awesome. I plan on staying here for awhile.

Overall, I love living here and the new management staff. I actually get return p/call from the new manager / office staff and they are much more professional than the other two ladies that really didn't do anything. The property did get new management but I am excited for what is coming and looking forward to all the improvements that are going to get made! the location is great, safety isn't an issue and the pool / bark park are cherries on top of the Sunday. I live in the new building and get a lot of compliments on how pretty my apartment looks. Overall, I am VERY happy to call this place home for a very long time!
The campus at Barrington Place is beautiful. There is a pool and a fitness center that is open 24-hours a day, and even a nice little dog park for pet owners. The apartments themselves are pretty spacious, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment is extremely convenient. There are tons of awesome restaurants in the area and it is a simple drive to get downtown. Lastly, the move-in process is made easy by the great staff at Barrington Place. Overall, a great and affordable place to live.

My neighbors and leasing staff ... including Maintenance, are friendly. Our apartment is quiet and the neighborhood is safe for our small family. We love it and plan on staying 5 + years. Barrington has it all: spacious floor plans, pet friendly environment (although we don't have pets, it's still nice to feel like we're in a small community) and a sparkling pool in the summertime! Our leasing agent, whom we've known for quite some time, has taken extra steps to make this place, alongside of her phenomenal staff and collaborative relationship with management, to make sure that we feel appreciated and want to plant roots here for the long haul. This complex is for the individual, couple, or family that cares.
These apartments have it all! So close to all the shopping and restaurants. Great staff, maintenance always takes care of any issues the same day. I work downtown, and I love that its so close to the 90. This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in by far.
