Located just under two miles south of downtown Oregon City, Barclay Hills lies near the Trails End Highway. Very nice apartments with a very beautiful forestry view. Tucked away from all the noise and traffic. Kind friendly place a good family place for kids to play outside and be safe. The office staff is amazing!!! Tamara and Jeanette are awesome!! The business manager Carlos is so sweet and so professional and to be honest not bad to look at either. Take it from this old lady if you want a great team a quiet place and feel safe, this is the place. I literally left all my windows, screen door all open in the summer downstairs and no problems whatsoever. The downstairs stays so cool in the summer with just a couple house fans it was really nice. The maintenance crew are so on it they come pretty much the same day you put an order in or next day at the latest. The apartments are very responsible in prices as well. They do lots of fun things like food trucks, office parties, pool parties with music and food lots of fun here!! Come join our family!!! That’s how they make you feel. DeAnna

We loved our apartment at Barclay Village. It’s in a quiet, remote part of Oregon City close to stores and restaurants. It has nice units, excellent private balconies and gym amenities. The pool in the summer is a plus!

We lived here for 3 years and were glad to call it home. The location is ideal and quiet. Our place backed against the forest which allowed for quiet and privacy. The staff were always responsive, particularly when we maintenance was requested. Many of our neighbors have lived there for more than 5 years due to the combination of location, price, and access to the rest of Oregon City.

looking for a great place to move into this is the place! We were looking for a fair priced but spacious place and we found it here! During the summer the pool helps with staying cool! On site tennis court is a big bonus!

I live and work in Oregon City, when I need to head to pdx it’s a straight shot for me. The star of the show is twyla and the office team. They gave us a pizza and beer after work recently. I recommend living here because it’s so quiet.

We had a great experience living here for 6 months! Maintenance was quick to respond to any issues and Twylah the office manager is great and was very helpful as well as the other office staff we worked with.
