Hello, I had a few maintenance inconveniences but they made it right very quick. The complex is very clean. The neighbors were very welcoming.

Very good service and property managers very helpful. The team was super helpful during our move in and they helped us move in as soon as possible!

We’ve lived here for 2 months and have noticed many issues with this property. For minor issues maintenance responds quickly(1-2 days). For urgent or safety issues, the property management does not take it seriously. We’ve had a major leak in our apartment for 3 weeks(reported instantly) and we are told to wait longer. When initially reported, nothing was done, no fans were installed, no inspections were done. Our electrical now doesn’t work which is a safety issue. Additionally the laundry units(you have to pay to use) don’t always work so be ready to get your money taken. Good luck reaching out to the laundry company because they won’t respond. The leasing office will also tow your vehicle without letting you know. Be ready for some headaches if you signed that lease!!!

I just moved in, but I wanted to say that Arrive helped my partner and I so much during our move, ensuring a smooth time. No matter how many times I called, they always picked up and were willing to help me. I especially wanted to thank Lauren and Irvin for being there for us throughout the whole process. Every question we had was answered and every minor hiccup was always fixed, making sure we would be able to move in when we planned to. Thank you Arrive for being our new home!

Lot of issues and delayed and neglected approach to solutions, wasn’t expecting this, probably my first and last stay here. Also the price is higher considering loud noise from the main road, no ceiling lights or connections and grumpy neighbors. Worst tenant experience ever.

CSR Gustavo is very helpful, he made our move-in quick and easy! Im glad we moved here. Work orders inspection was completed and done in a timely manner

En mis 5 años viviendo aqui ...les digo que estoy agusto de estar en esta area ....es muy tranquila y limpia tengo la suerte de que mis vecinos no son problematicos asi que otro punto para estar comodo en mi apartamento

The maintenance and office staff do a great job of keeping up with the property. Location is important to me and we are walking distance to grocery stores, public transportation and restaurants.

Everyone from the Leasing Office to the Maintenance Team is welcoming & professional. Great Community. Great Amenities. Our first year has been great here & glad to be part of the ARRIVE Clairemont Community.

Amazing location! Next to every store and place I could think of! I would recommend this place to students, families, and friends who want to live together. Great community.

The staff is very responsive and helpful they will do anything they can to help also very nice down to earth people, they have upgraded the amenity’s quite a bit

I've had a great experience living here so far! I really love the freshly paved street and all the work that has gone on around Clairemont recently.

I been living in arrive Clairmont for 5 years it's was managed by bark sqare apartments arrive Clairmont is doing better job management they making good changes I would highly recommend arrive Clairmont in our Community it's a friendly place to live

Nice experience being here! The location is awesome because there are so many stores and places to explore! The units are also kept well and overall is good!

Unfortunately, management here seems to want to avoid directly addressing concerns surrounding safety issues with rowdy dogs that bark and lunge out of their unit window, in the complex. We were informed that unless a dog in the complex comes out of the window screen to bite you, they cannot do anything. If you have serious concerns they will not try to come to your side of the complex to check out the problem. People smoke cigarettes in and around the units in the middle of the night and tenants are forced to close windows on hot summer nights. Along with this, they seem to delay responding to concerns that long time tenants have been experiencing. It also seems that they pick and choose who they enforce regulations with which makes for an unsettling environment. We understand that this is new management but it seems that they pick and choose what issues they will take serious and what tenants they want to take it seriously with. Upsetting and frustrating experience as someone who has lived in this particular complex for 5+ years, to say the least.

wonderful place, very quiet, and excellent attention and good service. I am very happy with the change and I like the proximity of many important primary services.

The staff are great, especially Lauren who is very friendly and proactive, and I love the apartment and its neighbors. I just moved 1 month ago but my impression is 100% positive.

It is a safe little apartment complex. The only down side is parking but that is a lot of apartments in san diego. I have been here 3 years.

I like the area other than that its ok. Water is mostly out always fixing it. Hars to find parking. When the guy clean the area its always end up in the stairs and leave it there.

I recently applied for an apartment through Arrive and I must say, the application process was excellent from start to finish. Generally such a convenient area to move into as a college student. Extremely walkable community. Staff has also been so nice and helpful throughout the entire process!

Great community with everything nearby. Perfect location to live at in San Diego. The staff at arrive are great and always helpful when it comes to maintenance needs. I would recommend Arrive to all my friends.

The resident events they host are always so fun, I loved making flower bouquets for Mother's Day! They also hosted an Easter brunch recently with croissant sandwiches and doughnuts to go!

I would like to say that this is a great community to live in. Although it has it's problems like any other community , The management here will always try find the solution to your problem or to your concern to the best of their abilities.

My partner and I just moved in a few days ago and we already love it here. We've lived in a lot of apartments and so far this one has felt the most like home. Lauren, the office manager, is extremely kind and helpful and has made the moving process really smooth and easy. I think for anyone, living in an apartment is never ideal and there is always going to be one or two things that suck, but such is life! Arrive is in a great location, walking distance to so many things. I'm happy and optimistic our time here will be great.

It’s a decent good apartment. When we needed maintenance done on our bath tub they were nice enough to let us use a vacant unit to shower. Has a little gym now too!

Everyone in the office has been so helpful throughout my move in process and the maintenance team got my initial requests dealt with quickly!

It’s pretty quiet here from where I used to live which is great. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Not only that but that staff here is friendly and the neighbors are clean. Matinence comes right away when they’re available

I love living at Arrive Clairmont. The location is perfect! The office staff, Nate and Lauren are very helpful and the maintenance staff Anthony and Aaron are quick to respond! My unit is great and very spacious! I would highly recommend living here!

I really like it here and the staff are really nice and I really like that and they added like trash cans for my dogs business and we used to not have that and I really like when they have events to

i enjoy living in the complex though the neighbors may be a bit rowdy its defiantly a great big step up from were i lived before. T maintenance workers respond quickly. any issues i have in the unit they are taken care of very quickly.

Very good and clean fast maintenance can't complain about anything I would recommend to friend and family good evening is close by target and move

Awesome renovations have been happening, I think the overall appearance and switch in management has been a good change. Communication was increased!!

Everything has been great so far. I’ve had a few hiccups such as my plumbing but other than that I’m happy with all the amenities and my newly remodeled home.

Place is newly painted and I had a chance to interact with new office staff. The staff was friendly and approachable. Very informative and helpful.

It’s in a really good location right next to convoy and walking distance to a bunch of stores. The only thing that is hard here is only having 1 parking spot per apt

Really loved this complex and overall experience is good. The water gets shut off once a week and has become a constant annoyance. Lost one of the main pools but looks like they are building something new but still no news of what. Close to every major place you could need. Neighbors are all nice and welcoming.

We are happy to be a part of the Arrive Clairemont Community & so glad we found this amazing community to call home. We have the sweetest neighbors & everyone around us, is so kind & welcoming. Lauren from the Leasing Office has truly made this such an easy & awesome experience & she has been so helpful & so supportive with all of our questions, comments or concerns. Excited to see the new changes coming to our community & cannot wait to see the finished results of the Newly Arrive Clairemont Community!!

We’ve had a very positive experience so far! Arrive taking over was the best thing to happen with all of the new updates and a better maintenance team. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the back alleyway does feel unsafe at times (lots of graffiti taggers) and parking is horrible. Neighbors are kind and the common spaces are kept nice and clean. The leasing office does a good job handling things and we are overall happy to be at Arrive Clairemont!

I love our community and all the improvements. All the hard work from the whole team shows everyday! I cannot wait to see what other improvements will come in the future.

Its is really good living here since I move in with my daughter and husband I really like how they do new thing like changing the apartment colors it really pretty

It’s been really nice here, everyone does their own thing and it’s quiet and I really like how they redid the whole parking lot. The gym is a really good touch but why did the pool have to go

So far the experience has been okay... The resident portal is glitchy, and some of the staff (not all) are unresponsive to questions, even after multiple calls/visits. The worst part so far is the dog-poop. Poop bags are always out at the dispenser and seem to never be refilled, so people just let their dogs poop on the grass all over the place and it is a nose/eye sore. Not to mention that it is completely unhygienic as I have seen the landscapers just use the lawn mower directly over the piles of poop, causing it to smear all over the grass and spread onto the side-walk. Other than that the community seems relatively quiet and safe.
