Vineland and Millville are neighboring towns spanning from the Highway 40 and 55 intersection to the area just north of the Delaware Bay. Thanks to these area’s great location, residents can enjoy both big-city amenities in Philadelphia and outdoor recreation along the bay. Philadelphia is less than one hour north, while massive nature centers like Egg Island Wildlife Management Area are just minutes from town. Residents can also stay in town for modern amenities and outdoor recreation. The Natural Land Trust’s Peek Preserve and the Union Lake Wildlife Management Area provide residents with a plethora of outdoor recreational opportunities. Find a variety of restaurants and shops at the Vineland and Millville town centers off Landis Avenue and East Broad Street, respectively. Property Ratings at Barclay Apartments
Been at Barclays for 3.5 years love what the new owners are doing to Barclays and Landis apartments. Excellent improvements increase in rents but it worth the money.

Thank you for your review, we just bought the property in April of this year and we have renovated 26 units between both properties (Barclay and Landis) and we are trying to update both properties inside and out. We love to hear from all of our tenants. Thank you again.
This apartment complex is disgusting. They have a severe pest problem such as roaches and crickets. Nothing is updated in the apartment and everything seems like it was purchased in the early 2000’s. The maintenance guy is very nice but he doesn’t even know when things need to be repaired because the office doesn’t even communicate with him. The office is very unprofessional and doesn’t respond to complaints at all. I can not wait until my lease is up and I can leave.
A decent place to live. Very quiet neighborhood and everyone is very neighborly. The hardwood floors and balcony/patios are great! Manager could be a little nicer but unless you go in her office she doesn’t bother at all. Parking could be better, on weekends and nights may have to park a tad further from your apartment but there’s always a space. Summer is cool you have a pool that is rarely occupied and it’s rare to find a place your able to have a pet. I would definitely recommend living here.
