This place is so horrible words can't describe how bad it is 1.the place is infested with cockroaches 2.every when you go the some dog poop 3.this place smells so bad there's always trash somewhere. 4.people in the office are disrespectful they sit in the office and do nothing Plz don't stay here its horrible my apartment once got filled with poo water they refuse to change the old pipes. They once turned off the water and told us that they would turn it back on at 1:30 they turned the water back on at 11:50 pm mine you they turned off the water at 8:00 me and my family couldn't even take a bath. Overall this place is so horrible I wouldn't recommend it to my worse enemy DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE

This place I moved in in October is nothing like this. It is run down and disgusting. They usually clean up the hallways and area before showing but please do not waste money on renting here. Go visit on the weekend instead of the days promised to show the unit.

Don’t come to this place . We have 12 to 15 cars broke inside for 3 nights already. The place is super dirty . You will see a lot of people using drugs at the pool area too. Run from this place

Don’t move there they be breaking inside ppls car. They don’t fix anything when something is broken grown man peeing inside the elevator kids are taking number 2 on the stairs having loud music playing at night can’t even sleep. There is no park or chairs by the pool the pool always dirty

Omg this place is not what u can see at pictures, really nasty, staring it’s full of bugs , dumpsters are too small for three buildings, when rains the entire parking lot becomes a giant pool , and management sucks big time, please don’t even think this place as residence , I’m a current hostage of this place desperate to move out

Run, run from this place. The guy in the office the one who rents the apartment for you is a jerk. He makes you think the place is amazing and after you rent when you need them to fix something, he comes with a thousand of excuses. I am moving in the end of the month before months before my lease expire, because I hate to leave here.

Don't rent there , I went to see a apt and what I saw was a shame. Everything is old and broke inside . The pics are a fraud.

After going to so many places looking for rent without any luck, i decided to stop at this property. As soon as i walked in the leasing office i was greeted by a gentleman, this guy was really proffessional and helpful, he explained everyhting to me and made it easy for me to understand. The tour of the property was excellent and everything was explained to the last minimum detail. I was really happy with my choice. Thank you!!!
I have to say that after living here for so many years i have never seen things go so smooth like now. They have a good team working in the office. Before they took forever to to fix an issue in the apartment, now everything is done way faster. I am happy how things are going now and now i want to stay.
I went to the property on thursday looking for an apartment and a really nice young man named Erick with an amazing attitude helped me find was i was looking for. Everything was straight to the point, no hidden fees, and no pressure. The office was really nice, as well as the apartments. I definetly recomend this property to anyone looking for an apartment.
We finally have an excellent guy working in the office ,he seek to solve the problems quickly and efficiently. He is new,maybe is working for two months, but this guy does everything to fix our problems . I was about to call the city on this people when he fixed a huge problem in my shower.When is necessary I talk about the problems and mistakes but I have to recognize that things here after years are improving after the arrival of this Cuban guy in the office. I was about to leave and now I am gonna renew my rent.
I called today Suday 15,2017. to get informations about 3 bedroom apart and a really rude and unprofessional lady answered my call. Who is the Manager please? I don't know her name , but I am not gonna call back ,because she has the obligation to treat everybody with respect for sure. Mark Simpson
Banyan Club is a great place to live,I enjoyed living there. I loved it. I loved how it has a fitness center,Laundry room,Playground,Vollyball court,Pool etc. The staff are very helpful.It just a nice place to live,And,Great apartment size.
I hate living here. Never have i ever had so many issues with where i live. And i know it starts from the top and works to the bottom. Upon move in, i was missing a door to one of the bedrooms and was told that i would get it installed a few days later, its been TWO months and still nothing, still missing outlet covers that i was also told would be received within a few days. The people that live here are super loud, and inconsiderate, ive complained numerous times to the office about the noise complaints regarding my neighbors, and NOTHING has been done. I am looking to break my lease very soon, i cant put up with this anymore!
OMG, if I had the option to leave no stars I would've. Horrible management and living arrangement. They take months to fix what needs to be fixed, and they never do a full job it's always a half way done job. The pool is filthy my family and I became sick from it. I had leaks in my ceiling that began to mildew and they didn't care to fix it properly. The apartment looks nothing like the pictures. I had to end up breaking my lease early and getting the city to come down to my apartment because of my living arrangements, it was an absolute nightmare. I wish I never rented here.
I wrote a bad review here already and it's been deleted, I am thinking....they don't have a set criteria for approval qualifications, you might be denied even if you meet their standards, and they don't even have the courtesy to call you to let you know, unless you become a pain in their necks....the leasing office will call you back only if you contact the manager or someone in charge apparently..I don't recommend this place. .
I was at this place for 5 min and could not wait to get out, first the amount of people complaining , this man was rude to everyone, he should be out of a job , talking down to people
This place in disgusting. People are always smoking weed outside and they steal your laundry and wheels to your car. The video that's shown is not what the apartments actually look like. This place is so terrible and it's false advertisement. ??
Don't rent here. They only care about money. After you rent forget about ,you are done . Don't dream about recive your deposit back. You see a lot of drugs here. Last week they stole four tires from a car in the parking lot.

Take forever to fix something dirty place to live and they just care about money pool is not working don't rent here rent to high and live in trash
The people here are terrible you can't leave anything outside even if it's locked because they will steal them the got into our car even when it was locked and stole our radio. They don't take care of the inside of the apartment. They change the people in the office all the time and there is trash everywhere.

YOU can't use the pool after 6:00 because they close the gate, the pool is always dirty and the people from the houses around, in the neighborhood uses the pool too. Bad administration.

If you rent an apartment there ,you need to buy a boat too. Every rain day, the water accumulates in the parking lot, a lot of water.
