Different name. same old Outrigger........Roaches and mice but if you do move in , if you live alone , youre never really alone.

I have lived here for about a year now, and I can say the office staff is amazing! Xochil is always very polite and always ready to help. There’s plenty of place to shop around here and the aquarium is up the road!

Love the office and staff. They’re improving many things in the property. My junior apartment is great size just for me and it’s within budget. The location is great and close to many places.

We love our apartment and never had an issues with the services. Plenty of restaurant and groceries shopping near by. Thank you to the wonderful people at Bandon!

I’ve been living at Bandon Trails for over year now. I like my apartment and the price is reasonable. Sen was our leasing agent and has been great service to us.

I love my apartment here. Sen was my leasing agent and help us in everything. She is very helpful.

Sen gave us tours and very friendly and honest with us. The entire move in experience has been seamless! All the staffs and manager were all friendly.

It's not home, by any means. You have to be a nuisance to get things fixed. I understand they are a big place, but FR, a month PLUS to get anything done is pushing it. The GYM does NOT EXIST except to look at through the locked doors. Mgr says corporate closed due to the "vid", but that's been over 2 years ago, and they still don't have the gym open. Maintenance guys/gals are super nice and run like crazy all day! THEY are the TRUE champions here! The office and mgr can't even be bothered to return a phone call. The pool is quite a tiny pool for such a big place, so summer should be quite "fun" (not!). It's only a year, so I guess i can suffer that long.

Sen el priximo 13 de Mayo Dios mediante estare recogiendo las llaves de mi apartamento en Tulsa Ok La Srita. Sen me guió paso a paso para hacer todo en linea y tambien los pagos requeridos por aplicación,Me siento más que Bendecida por tan Exelente Atención.Recuerden que lo que empieza bien acaba Exelente.Gracias Srita. Sen por su paciencia y atención prestadas para lograr un sueño, una de mis metas que es mudarme a la Ciudad de Tulsa y empezar la vivienda en Bandon Trails Apartment Tulsa Ok.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The office staff are neglectful. They could not care less to get anything done for you. Dog poop at almost every step. Yeah, you could walk on the sidewalk when there is one but those are few and far between. You have to be picky where you park because there is always glass around from cars being broken into. If you have a maintenance emergency, that’s too bad because it’ll take 4-5 hours for them to come fix it. Just don’t waste your money or time moving in here.

It is a lovely apartment and everyone is prompt on most issues. From office staff to working staff i haven't had a problem and have lived here with relative ease.

The staff are all professional and does an adequate job. My apartment has a great maintenance and staffs are always willing to help with all my problems : insects, bed bugs, and more.

Excellent service and apartments. Near to Walmart and other shopping places. Jenks school district is a plus.

Beautiful apartment home. Get my issues done in timely manner and good location.

With our recent severe winter weather, a couple steps to my apt needed replaced. The maintenance team was out within an hour to assess the damage and repairs were completed the following day. What a way to make us tenants feel safe and valued! This is a great place to live! Ricky, in the office always goes out of his way to help with any renting needs. He's always professional and friendly. He makes us all feel right at home. Thank you to our Manager, Rebecca, and all the Staff! You're the best!!

Roach INFESTED! I have a year lease and my whole lease I’ve had issues with roaches! Called and put myself on the “call in list” and asked for everything other Thursday to get it under control and somehow I was “missed” every time. Complained about my dishwasher and was told it was the soap I was using and I’ve used to the same soap for years and never had an issue. I literally HATE it here! I DO NOT recommend! The roaches are so bad I’m disgusted that I don’t fee comfortable to come “home” not even cook a meal. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!!

When i first moved in a year ago it was going downhill and it was roach infested but now after Gold Wynn has bandon trails they have been making some major improvements through out the property. Ive been bug free for months any time i start seeing one i call them up and they come spray, got rid of bed bugs to only got bit 1 day, came sprayed then nothing now. They installed basketball court, volleyball and soccer areas, they have even installed cameras covering the parking areas and roads in and out. The old laundry room with having to guess which machine works and maybe getting screwed out of money now is fixed with new units and laundry cards going coin free. As far as i can tell, being here a year they continue to rise in their standards and make improvements.

Invested with roaches and bed bugs-horrible management and horrible facilities. Do not move here

If you like to become your own exterminator here’s the place for you ! For , $20.19 you will be able to move into your roach infested apartment which will never not have a roach problem ! This facility uses the cheapest exterminator & when I say cheapest I mean white shirt wearing no name tag exterminator ! But , don’t worry for $20.19 you can move in & become friends with roaches they truly become family after you realize they will never go away !
