They truly have a resort style pool. Tropical plants, fountains, sundeck, pavilion, and it is salt water. We can walk to 13 different places to eat. The office staff is friendly, and the maintenance team is great.

After a week long visit to my Brother at Ballpark Apts. @ Town Madison, I absolutely Loved the place, the entire staff and the residents were very friendly, the apartment my brother lives in was very spacious and modern, the property was well kept, we were within walking distance of numerous awesome place to eat as well as a minor league baseball stadium! Have been thinking about moving to this area and If I do i will definitely be applying for an apartment here!

We love living here! We are literally only 4 minutes walking distance to 6 restaurants ( J Alexander, Prohibition and Edgar’s ), 9 fast food (Super Chix, Panera Bread, Five Guys etc), and easy access to Gate 7 to the Arsenal.

Nice enough apartment in a great location. Numerous drawbacks. Routinely smelt of marijuana. Paid for “valet” trash that was often not picked up. Management is downright unresponsive at times - not answering phone calls or responding to messages via their Resident Portal. Arbitrary move out charges. Was once falsely accused of having a pet in my residence. Convinced they had to have mistaken my Roomba for a cat.

I only lasted a year there and I’m not sure how it has so many good reviews. There was no maintenance, cleaning or landscaping of the common areas in a year. The people that live there throw trash everywhere and let their pets pee anywhere. It’s almost impossible to get them to answer the phone and they don’t reply to half of the emails or messages you send.

f I could have rated a 0 star I would. I moved here in 2020 and loved it, I was proud to live here. The original management company was great the Onsite Manager was amazing and kept the complex clean and well maintained. That changed immediately when the management company changed. It is now filthy, stairwells, carpet, trash compactor are all disgusting. I am embarrassed to have family and friends visit. I emailed my complaints to the manager on multiple occasions and they can’t be bothered to respond to me however they were real quick to raise my rent by $200.00. I declined of course and I am happy to be leaving along with most of the tenants. I suggest looking elsewhere.
When I first moved into this supposedly 5 star apartment community, there was numerous things wrong and I was never credited in return to accommodate for these troubles. The first thing was my hot and cold water was reversed, which required them to cut the sheetrock in my bedroom and correct the lines. Which caused a huge mess, within my first month of moving in. Next, was every single lock in the apartment was reversed and it took them over three months to correctly fix this issue. Than within the first three months of living in the apartment; the ceiling fan in my bedroom stopped working and my sink formed a serious leak, that eventually caused black mold. As you can tell the list goes on and on, when this property is supposedly suppose to be a 5 star apartment facility. At the end of my lease, when it cam move out time and exit fees they nickeled and dimed me for so many minor things. As in; toilet paper left on the roller, pens left in the closet, several minor wall scratches, and etc.... I would strongly encourage anyone that is looking for an apartment in the Madison, AL to avoid this property at all cost, because Normal living conditions where you have basic wall marks should be normal use and not chargeable items. These same wall marks were there when moving in. Yes the apartment looked nice, I had the issues noted but I’m leaving it in mainly the same condition I found it when moving in. I’ve done zero damage to this apartment that isn’t covered in the lease agreement.
I moved into the apartments summer of 2020 and have lived there for over a year. I am a 25 year old guy and live with a roommate and we both loved living here. The amenities are the best you are going to find anywhere in north Alabama. The location is perfect for anyone, from young professionals, to families. It is one of the closest apartments to Research Park, and to Redstone Arsenal. The new ramp to get onto I-565 makes getting to Huntsville incredibly quick. I walked to baseball games, and other events that went on at Toyota field numerous times without any issues. They are currently in construction (and almost finished) with tons of new restaurants within walking distance from the apartments. I would highly recommend ballpark apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in the Huntsville/ Madison area.

Very quiet and accessible to many stores/shops. Only takes about 10 min to get to UAH or about 5 min to get to one of the Redstone Arsenal gates. It is in a great area where I have no reservations about letting my younger teenagers go out for walks by themselves.

I love how modern my apartment is. It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath. I love the dark floors, stainless steel appliances, and glass shower. It’s a peaceful building. I’m close to Bridge Street, Toyota Stadium, and Redstone Arsenal. The team is great. I was able to view several different floorplans before making my choice. The saltwater pool is awesome. I also love the fitness center! Really loving my time here.

I chose this apartment complex mainly for the amenities and safety. The mail, gym, pool, grounds, and management are all great and super attentive to issues! Move in was so easy because of the available carts and elevators. I also like that I have to approve each guest who enters my gate code to get into the complex. I always feel safe here.

Attentive and friendly staff. Staff discussed all fees up front, walks the property daily and always available. Maintenance team is timely, friendly and helpful. These are new apartments with new stainless appliances, modern fixtures, original paint, saltwater pool, new gym equipment, gated and dog friendly. Great access to Toyota Field, Redstone Arsenal, grocery stores, airport, and 15 minutes to all Huntsville area activities.
Donna is the leasing manager here. I cannot say enough great things about this kind, patient and hardworking woman. I applied for a unit and I had my approval and welcome letter within days. I am moving from out of state so that fact that Donna got right on it and let me know within days was extraordinarily nice and helpful. I have also been working with Samantha who's a leasing agent here. Just as Donna, Samantha isyalso very responsive, respectful, detailed, attentive and professional. I think when you have such lovely and competent employees like this, it reflects very well on the ownership and shows that everyone involved here is intelligent and being treated kindly by the guys at the top. To top off the outstanding customer service, the units here are magnificent! The floor plans are incredible and very spacious. They will have covered parking spaces, which seem to be very hard to find in Huntsville /Madison. This complex will be within walking distance of the Trash Panda's Baseball Stadium (April 2020) as well as many shopping stores, restaurants, and a movie theater (years to come). I hear an Outback Steakhouse is in construction right now across the way from the apartments. I think this area in a couple of years will be similar to Bridge Street. I personally think that The Station at Town Madison will be the nicest apartment complex in all of Madison. The first phase of units will be available January 2020. I would highly recommend applying for a unit here as soon as possible so you get your pick before this awesome place fills up.
