As a current tenant, I am compelled to inform the management that over time I have witnessed the great workers of the company, but I would like to recognize and commend the maintenance Hohe and Housekeeper Julia for keeping the establishment clean and functional. I wish they have more good and hard working employees like them. Thank you and Hafa Adai!
Leasing office puts up false price listings on units that will soon be available to get interested people to show up and I guess hope that the interested party won't be too upset when they waste time and gas driving there to find out it's actually 500$ more per month and decide to apply anyways. Well that just wasn't possible for us. I even told them before setting up the appointment that the price listed online was my absolute high mark for our rental budget. Complete waste of my only day off this week. Thanks for NOTHING!

Managers Rudy and Jennifer are very rude and unprofessional, I went to see the 2 bedroom apartment and was told that I would get 2 parking spaces and that utilities are included as advertised here, but when I went to sign the lease, it was a completely different story, they have you pay for all utilities and you get only 1 parking spot and then when I tried to cancel the lease they took 500 dollars from my bank account, and when I asked for a supervisor's number to make a complaint they wouldn't give it to me, telling me that she will email them my number to call me. I would give them zero stars if I could. This is a very shady, condescending, deceptive apartment building and the company as a whole is horrible.

Leasing office employees lie to get you in the door. False advertisement pricing. Called moss group and they claimed it was an error. A day later and the pricing error hasnt changed. This is false advertising and deceptive marketing.
I love where I live! The management is awesome, the apartment is aweae and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I have a great view, can dip in one of two pools, I never hear my neighbors and there is a laundryroom on all floors. Im lucky to have scored my unit and I will definitely be here for the long term. i had a really good experience living at my apartment. The apartment manager made sure we were all taken care of and was always on top of everything. There is a huge family environment at the complex which made living there fun and safe. Definitely happy I picked to live here!
