The movein was generally really smooth, the leasing office were the most supportive to me and my roommate. The only downside was having the roads blocked by the movein for other buildings around:(
I've enjoyed my experience living here thus far since I've moved in about 1.5 years ago. The only complaint would be that sound travels too much through the vents and walls, but overall, I'm satisfied with the amenities, location, and service.
Pretty quiet place, great distance from UC Berkeley, apartment is amazing! Definitely would recommend others to move here for school, great price for students
Good environment! The roof garden is very beautiful. The location of this building is very close to both food and school, so people should be lazy.
It’s great! I do wish there was a gym involved within the premises, so the community members could use it. Other than that, the community feels safe and secured.

I appreciate residing at Bachenheimer Apts. The Apts are accessible to local Supermarkets, public transportation, and various restaurants. The Community Staff are professional and courteous. The maintenance staff responds to maintenance request in a timely fashion. The entrance and parking garage are well lit. I enjoy the rooftop experience.

I really like living in this apartment! It’s centrally located, accessible, and has a great maintenance staff. The only thing is that I’d like the walls to be thicker and more sound-proof, but I’m overall satisfied with my experience.
I've been a resident at Bachenheimer for almost a year now. Needless to say, I'm happy to call this place my home. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful throughout my time here. It's a prime location nestled at the heart of downtown Berkeley. Given the option to extend my lease, I'm looking forward to continue living here.

Thankful for my residence at Bachenheimer Apts. I feel safe when returning to the garage at night. All areas are well lit. It is quiet. Supermarkets & restaurants are within walking distance. Maintenance & Community staff respond to repair request in a timely & Professional manner.

It's great living here. Great location and amenities. My only complaint is that noise travels through the vents and I can sometimes hear my neighbors, but they are not obnoxious.

Very nice area, close to many food options! Quiet residents, no loud people or party’s! Close to campus, everything is within walking distance, no need for a car!
