The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Babcock-Parkman Apartments
Living in 53 Parkman Street was an absolute nightmare. The landlord is really rude, especially if you're a younger tenant. He screwed my windows shut once, which I'm fairly sure is a fire hazard. He and his wife are nosey, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The building also allows people to let themselves into your apartment without any warning, whether it be prospective renters, the landlord himself, or random people with cameras who photograph your personal belongings without any explanation. I would FIRMLY RECOMMEND finding somewhere else to live, unless you want to live with an invasive landlord, and have your privacy violated 24/7.
