Located at the meeting point of the Eau Claire and Chippewa Rivers, Eau Claire combines city living with natural surroundings. This Wisconsin city of approximately 73,000 residents offers various rental options throughout its downtown district and residential areas. The rental market shows one-bedroom units averaging $1,121 per month, while two-bedroom apartments typically rent for $1,299. The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire campus adds to the city's educational and cultural landscape. Notable areas include the historic Third Ward, Water Street district, and East Hill neighborhood.
The Pablo Center at the Confluence anchors the city's arts scene, presenting performing arts and musical events year-round. Residents enjoy outdoor recreation at Carson Park, featuring a 1937 baseball stadium, and Phoenix Park, home to a seasonal farmers market and summer concerts. The city's name, French for "clear water," reflects its heritage and connection to its rivers.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The internet was an absolute nightmare to get setup because Spectrum didn't have the property listed and then couldn't figure out the correct configurations. Plan on wasting a month trying to just get the internet that is included. And plan on having yet more issues with the internet two months later. Toilet clogged on very first night and is a legitimate concern every time it is used. The apartment is very cold and have frost on the inside of my windows, something which I have not experienced since I was a child in an 1800s-era house with holes in the roof. The refrigerator is atrocious and runs very loud all of the time. Managment sends emails constantly, reprimanding the "community" and, at this point, it just feels like a police state. Door entry is ridiculous: no keys whatsoever, and the app they use crashes, constantly needs to be updated, and takes so long to open any doors, if they open at all. I shouldn't have to trudge through snow and ice to get to a different door, out of the way, just to get in, especially if this a "luxury" apartment. The parking for the Azure building just doesn't make any sense and just seems out of the way. When it comes to storage, forget it, you will not have any, it's just so much wasted space and very poor design choices. Hot water in the shower does not last long at all, approximately 10-15 minutes and it goes cold; again, something I've only experienced in a very old house before. When neighbors below are washing laundry, I can smell a very potent sewer smell since the pipe is open. External property lights are so glaringly bright that it's hard to sleep at night, even with blinds shut. There are outlets and switches that don't do anything. My unit had paint and glue on the floor throughout, in addition to warping. Walls have visible patching, scuff, and jabs, etc. upon move in. The only thing that is really good about this place is the view on the west side, but that is quite literally it. I doubt even I will re-rent and wish I had stayed where I was.
Brand new apartment, but yet they can't get the plumbing right. Everynight since i moved in about a month ago the pipes have been banging like crazy. Cant sleep at night, and can hear the sound in every room. Very disappointed.
