Good not GREAT
Pros: environmental upkeep is wonderful! Cons: maintenance requests will take forever to be met, you can attempt to call and they will tell you “tomorrow” and tomorrow ends up being months later. Which leads me to my next thing, calling the office is So. Hard. They never answer and when they do.. it’s makes your day because you conquered the impossible. Our gates are always broken (they never fixed the side gate btw) they are always posting random extra charges to your account for “reembursed trash or water”. Maintance will REFUSE to come in your home if you have a dog.. even if it’s put in its kennel.

Everything needed to be comfortable
These apartments are very well kept and very comfortable. Neighbors are pretty quiet. The management are always interacting with our apartment community through nice little giveaways, that's so sweet and they are very caring.

Just moved in recently and have had a great experience so far. The complex is clean and modernized. Staff is helpful and professional and neighbors are quiet and respectful. The one and only downside is parking is limited. You can purchase a garage or covered spot, which I might do.

poor customer service
After calling this place at every number posted, I cannot get a hold of a staff member, all calls during business hours. I have left 2 voicemails with a call back number once 4 days ago and again yesterday. Finally got an email with a quote yesterday around 5:30 with one rate and today at 11am they emailed me back saying their prices went up overnight and they can no longer honor the quote from 18 hours ago. I am searching for the perfect home for me and I will say a business who cannot return a phone call or honor their word for less than 24 hours is poor.

Highly Recommend!
Going on our second year here and love it! Great community and staff! New management is really stepping up on renovations making the apartment complex look great and hosting events for our community members. Easy access to everything and always feel safe. Our dog has also got to make so many friends here.

Peaceful Community
Just signed my 9th year lease here. Azure (or better as I know it San Marin ) is a peaceful place to rent an apartment. I have never had any issues of loud disturbances within the community. The office staff does an amazing job being really involved with the residents. all the new fun events makes it a more enjoyable environment. Rent is sort of high, but I understand they have to keep up with market.

My review
We have been here going on four years and everything has been good! The office is there to help you with whatever you need. Its really nice that the office puts together gatherings for the apartment complex makes me feel that we are being thought of too. Whenever you need something fixed it gets taken care of right away!.. maintenance is awesome here!.. The only negative I have here is owners with pets don’t clean up after there pets like there suppose too!. The policy needs to be reinforced.

Never Again
The apartment complex looks nice in the pictures and when you view the show apartment; however, the actual apartments are crap. They are made of cheap particle board. The ceilings leak and you have to pay for shared water bill for the building. You are not guaranteed a place to park. You have to pay for a reserved space or risk walking from outside of the gate which is often stuck open. I have lived here for close to two years - never again!!!

WOULD NOT STAY HERE
For the first 6 months it seemed ok but then the main entrance gate would stop working all the time so it was constantly open so the facility was not secure. Then the hurricane hit and about half of the fence along the facility was down and did not get fixed for about another 4-5 months after and during the time once again the facility was not secure and my truck got broken in to and of course there is no cameras around the facility. Then we moved down the hall from a 2 bed room to a 3 bed room and after all our stuff was moved we discovered that the apartment was infested with roaches, we didn't even stay there the first night it was that bad so we had to end up moving back to our old apartment which is another inconvenience and it seemed like the apartment really didn't care about taking care of there people staying there. I was very disappointed with this apartment I was really looking for a nice gated apartment for my family and I but this was not it. Also living right behind a car was isn't great since you hear vehicles all hours of the night so if you are a light sleeper this will be a problem. The appliances were old and out of date. I paid for 2 covered parking spots and the apartment decided to seal half of the complex parking which included covered parking which then made everyone park all around the complex and made me pack outside the gate due to lack of parking, I was not happy about this at all they had other covered parking that was available that they could of offered to people who pay for parking but they did not and you risked your vehicle being towed if you did park there.

Don't let the pictures fool you!
Looks like a really nice apartment, but it is not. Our apartment had paint dripped all over cheap carpet and even cheaper vinyl flooring. Kitchen cabinets and appliances are so outdated. Not sure what your countertops are made of but they are CHEAP! Repairs are done with glue and duct tape. It is pet friendly but most of the people don't clean up after their dogs so watch where you walk at all times, especially in the dog park. We had ROACHES from day one. The pool looks beautiful but it always needs cleaned. If you have trash, good luck getting it in the dumpster. They are always full and overflowing. Many days with trash sitting on the ground.
