What I love about this place is the rates, the apartments are big . If you put a maintenance order they come out asap ! Management is amazing ! Everyone in the leasing office. We move to San Antonio to be close to our daughter. We were unable to view the apartment but my daughter was sure it was up to our standards. And it is less that 5 minutes from her house. We signed a lease sight unseen and have been most happy here. The entire staff is beyond what we had hoped for.

I've been living at Azure City Living for two weeks and love it. My apartment was clean and ready to move into, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. The grounds, pool, and community areas are well maintained. The community atmosphere is friendly and quiet. The few minor service requests I made were promptly and completely taken care of.

We are new to the community and can already tell that living here will be a positive experience. The living spaces are great and updated. There are also many amenities and services available. Easiest apartment move-in weve ever had. Online leasing was easy and when we had questions we called and Samantha walked us through it over the phone. The location is perfect and the luxury amenities and finishes are wonderful. The complex is quiet, especially considering they are so close to the highway. Weve only been here for a month but dont have any foreseeable concerns and are glad we chose this community after selling our house.

Azure has provided a good home for me and my kin. I love not just my apartment complex but also the location. Maintenance is always quick and on top of things.
We love living here! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The community is quiet and without issues. We also enjoy the planned community events (even the socially distanced ones right now) and the food trucks they bring!

Azure is a very nice community of professionals and families. The amenities are wonderful and the residents are friendly and it feels like home here. This is my second time to live at Azure and I came back because I enjoyed my first experience so much. When Covid wasnt an issue the community events were fun and allowed residents to hang out and get to know one another. Hopefully one day all that fun will resume.

Azure City Living has nice moments. The staff is courteous and kind. However, there are questions on the enforceability of noise after hours on a consistent basis. There are still improvements that could be done to outside hallways, with regards to bugs, presentation, and cleanliness. The staff has tried hard to enforce parking issues and dog waste issues. Overall, it's a decent place to live but could be made excellent with slight improvements to policies, procedures, and the resident application process.
Great community, quiet, clean and has nice amenities. We were ecstatic to move here and my girlfriend and I thought it was going to be our dream first place. Based on prior reviews and a great experience with Megan we thought nothing could go wrong.... we were incredibly wrong. I wish I could say that the situation with our Roach infestation was being taken care of efficiently and as a serious issue. Its disappointing that we are being expected to pay for an entire month, after not being able to sleep or live in our apartment. Based on the initial wonderful experience with Megan in the front office, we assumed the office management would be more understanding and willing to fix the situation appropriately. I have lived in apartments my entire life and this has been by far the worst experience thus far. The situation is a severe Roach infestation that put myself and my severely immunosuppressed girlfriend at risk for becoming ill. And has caused myself, and especially my girlfriend, an immense amount of emotional distress. Nothing about our experience living with roaches has been great.

If you would like to move in here, move into the top floor. I have lived here twice and both times I have had 3 different residents above me and they are always loud and management wont do a thing about it.

I am not at all happy with the administration. The service and treatment of some people within the administration staff do not have the professional preparation to deal properly with people. There is no direct or personalized communication regarding many things and no empathy and flexibility in many areas, especially in the part of the rules when one is new and is moving inn with all the stress.
