maintenance doesn't do anything but make problem worst, office ladies are horrible. DO BETTER

They are supposed to be low income apartments but use any little thing against you . Its been a rough year for me so i been behind on a rent a couple of times & it has never before been a problem. All the sudden they don’t want to renew my lease . Didn’t even give me 1 month notice . When i moved in we had no refrigerator & a broken A/C for 2 weeks (called everyday). There maintenance once emptied out an entire apt that was not supposed to be emptied (had wrong apt to evict). Maintenance also left my door unlocked after a pest spraying (i was not home) & constantly looks through my windows . We rarely had hot water to shower or wash dishes . When i would call the office they are very rude except office manager . I’m in the process of moving . Just didn’t want anyone else to go through a horrible living experience . Cause me more stress the pleasure in my very first apt .

Maintenance is non-existent. They were always on vacation or medical leave. The girls in the office didn't care and half of the time they weren't even there. The office was supposed to be open until 5 and there were times when they would leave at 4 and not give any kind of notice. The laundry room and the office are in the same building, so when the office closed for the night, the laundry room was also closed. So if they left at 4 without giving notice, your clothes were locked in the building until the next morning. The hours were always changing.The laundry room cost too much money and the clothes never got fully dry, which meant you had to spend even more money to have clean, dry clothes.

Azure apartments management and maintenance used to be friendly and understanding, new management and maintenance are just rude and unpleasant. This is owned by mirage properties and they build very cheaply will never rent from them again.

We live in a somewhat spacious one bedroom. Big window in our living room that brings in sunlight/street lights. The walls are a white color. The living room connects with the kitchen. We have a spacious living room and a small kitchen space. In the kitchen the stove is next to the sink which is then next to our refrigerator. Plenty of cabinet space just not enough countertop space. Our hallway has our bathroom on the left and our bedroom at the end of the hallway. Our bathroom is somewhat big. We have a closet which is nice because we have a lot of towels and extra things that need to be stored. We have our sink that's pretty big which is nice so we can put necessary things on top. Next to the sink is our toilet and then our shower. Now to the bedroom. Our bedroom is big enough for our bed, dressed, TV, and a movie stand. The closet isn't as big as we would like for all the clothes we have. We live on the bottom floor so hearing walking above isn't the greatest but the apartment is pretty good.

Rent here is pretty cheap- $350 a month for a one bedroom- but they apartments are actually nice. This is a really great place for people getting their first apartment and with three different playgrounds, kids will love it here too! We do get quite a bit of police activity, but it's mostly them driving through to make sure no one is breaking any laws. I would definitely recommend checking it out!
