The leasing staff was pleasant and helpful during the move in process. The maintenance staff also did a great job cleaning and getting the town house ready for move in. After living in a couple of other complexes in Petaluma, I would definitely recommend this one. There is something for everyone, the grounds are kept clean, the neighborhood is quiet and in a good location.

Let this review be a warning to all considering these apartments: do not believe the measurements listed on their floor plans (or their lease agreements, for that matter). I can only speak to the Luxury Residence 4 floorplan, but the supposed 25'x16.5' living room is more like 21'x14'. This may not seem like much, but I only learned this after signing my lease agreement (and only because I went back to measure something else and was curious since it feels small). I signed with Azure largely because of the relatively competitive price per square foot. But clearly it wasn't nearly the deal I thought it was. Not only that, but with the new measurements, it turns out that my dining table will not fit and I'll have to return it (paying return shipping and a re-stocking fee). Although I got a lot of apologies, the only consolation I received (after asking) was a benefit already owed me based on the benefits promised on the Priority Reservation Club application (2 accent walls). If this is how they treat tenants before they've even moved in, I'm bracing myself for a disappointing experience throughout the next year. And I'll definitely be looking for a new place once my lease is up. This is one of the more expensive complexes in the area (especially with the revised square footage) with extra fees (parking, garbage service) in addition to the inflated rent (and virtually absent guest parking). You'd think it would be managed with more class and respect for their tenants. Renters beware.
Our fist time in an apartment in years brought much apprehension. Concern for noise, privacy, a good reliable management team were some of our concerns. The Azure Luxury apartments in Lakeville, Petaluma , CA have put all those concerns to rest. We have a great management team and many options to customize you home that other apartments do not offer. We are happy to be home.
