Azalea Hill

I’ve lived in this apartment for a month now, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Since move-in, half of the apartment's lights have not worked, leaving parts of the unit in near darkness. More concerning, there's been a large hole in the ceiling above the dining area that leaks severely every time it rains. This isn't just an eyesore—it creates a safety hazard and an unlivable situation. Despite multiple maintenance requests and follow-ups with property management, nothing has been done to resolve either issue. The lack of urgency or even basic communication is unacceptable. These problems existed before we moved in, and it's clear they were never addressed. If you're considering living here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere until management proves they can maintain a habitable living space and respond appropriately to tenant concerns.

I am thrilled to share my experience with Azalea Hills Apartments as I get ready to move in tomorrow! From the very beginning, Janesha has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Moving 1200 miles away from home is no small feat, but Janesha made it so much easier for my wife and me. She was super specific about what was needed for the application and went above and beyond to stay in constant contact with us. Her responsiveness and dedication truly made us feel valued as prospective tenants. Thanks to her assistance, we were able to secure a wonderful new place to stay, and we couldn't be happier! If you're looking for a new home, I highly recommend Azalea Hills Apartments, and I cannot thank Janesha enough for her exceptional service!

The lady who was supposed to give us a tour, Janiesha, never showed up for the first scheduled tour. Then, when she reached out to reschedule we showed up again and she never showed up. Very unprofessional

several excuses for delays on AC repair. From other high ticket items needing priority to ordering parts for close to 16 days straight. and when they FINALLY get to repairing the AC unit, they do NOT HAVE any Freon to put in it. I highly discourage ANY rentor looking for a decent place to live to rent from this place due to high excuses for repairs when necessary. ONLY rent when you can not find any place else!

I just recently moved to Azeala Hill last month and I must say it’s definitely worth staying at. It’s such a peaceful and quiet environment. Deann and Andrea are very helpful and nice people, anytime you have a question or need something done, they’re always willing to assist. I would recommend anybody to stay out here.

I’ve been staying out in Azalea Hills Almost 3 years now and I must say I Love it here. I love Mrs. De’Ann she is absolutely wonderful, helpful and Professional ????. She make sure that residents are satisfied and Maintaince also are very hard working and plays a big role in meeting needs. It’s a pretty clean place to stay, nice swim area as well as gym. I love how nice and spacious the apartments/bedrooms and bathrooms are( I feel so at home). I also like how it comes with the washer and dryer... even though it’s semi high but it is DEFINITELY WORTH IT and You Get What You Pay For. If I was to ever move this would Also be a Place I would Come Back to Especially if De’Ann is Still in Management she is Very Sweet.

I stay here with my 1-year old and I have no complaints. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a dream and the property is well-maintained. There are not many negative incidents here and I feel absolutely safe. Compared to other complexes in the area, this place reigns supreme!

Do NOT move here. We just had a shooting where one of the residents got robbed and shot in the parking lot. Management is awful. Andrea is nice, but everyone else in that office is completely incompetent and will blame you for any concerns you have. Area manager is a typical petulant child who has zero empathy for anyone or anything. The buildings are ok. The space is ok. The area is going downhill fast, which is unfortunate. They will tell you they have a 'courtesy policeman' on site. He never answers his phone and when he does, he's unhelpful. Don't play yourself with this property.

The staff at Azalea Hill Apartments is very professional, polite, and have outstanding customer service. The leasing agent is awesome. She goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are satisfied. She is very professional, always smiling, and get the job done. It is very clean, quiet, and peaceful here. The apartment is very spacious. Thank you!
