Their service is amazing, their property is CLEAN and very well maintained. We still check rates within about 15 miles from this property location and no one can touch their prices for what you get! The neighbors are great, I love the gym and the dog park; plus it is walking distance to the point!

I cannot say enough nice things about the office staff. Any questions are always answered promptly. Also, the maintenance crew are friendly and quick to accommodate. I just love living here!

Lived here for about a year. Beautiful new complex, with all new amenities, but what really set living at azalea apart after 10 years of apartment living was Ashleigh and Bailie. They were so friendly and whenever I had an issue(seldomly) or questions come up they were taken care of same day.

Love living at Azalea Bay Apts in Gulf Breeze! We fell in love immediately after taking a tour. The modern appliances, layout and contemporary look makes it very sophisticated and the price is reasonable especially in todays world. This place is also in a great location with 10 minutes to the beach and easy access to Pensacola and Navarre (the place has a beautiful pool which is perfect too). The assistant manager, Bailie was pleasant, kind and personable from the start! She really made the process so fluid and easy in welcoming us home! Definitely would recommend checking out this place and calling it your home!

We recently moved to Gulf Breeze and lucked out on finding these apartments. They are brand new and have all the upgraded features you would want. Huge laundry room, stone countertops, giant closets. Ashleigh and Bailie in the office were so great! They answered all of our questions and made the move in process a piece of cake. Love the amenities that are offered and the view of palm trees outside of our windows makes us feel like we ware always on vacation!

Beautiful, brand-new apartments conveniently located for anyone who lives and works near Gulf Breeze or the surrounding areas. Bailie and the rest of the office staff made it very easy to sign the lease agreement. They are a very friendly and responsive team!

From the minute my husband and I chose Azalea Bay for our new home, it has been such a smooth process.
