Adjacent to Jupiter Island and southeast of Port St. Lucie, Stuart is one of the Treasure Coast's favorite cities. The best thing of Axis in my opinion is the front desk help. Always cooperative, pleasant, and knowledgeable!! Unfortunately the apartment itself must have been built in a hurry because the finishes and details aren’t up to what luxury standards require. The hallway carpeting has a lot of stains that need to be taken care of. The Palm trees at the deep end of the pool area need to be trimmed because they reach the apartment windows when windy.

The pool area is like a resort or oasis, and the courtyards a is lush and beautiful, and very zen! What a beautiful community with modern amenities but very tropical, zen feeling!

Everyone we have met have been very nice. We had to unload a U-Haul full of heavy furniture and 2 very nice young men helped us get the heavy furniture in the apartment.

Nice amenities and love our apartment. Maintenance is good as well but management could be better. Property has switched managers three times I believe since we’ve lived here. There’s also no follow ups or solutions for noise complaints so we’ve just accepted the noise for the upstairs neighbors that is constant most the day

I was promised a reward card as a thank-you for being a great tenant and renewing my lease for another year. Unfortunately, the card has caused more frustration than benefit—I’ve encountered multiple issues trying to use it. Despite reporting the problems several times, nothing has been resolved. At this point, it feels like the promise was nothing more than smoke and mirrors. As for the apartment community, it continues to be a pleasant place to reside. I do not, however, agree with paying for services and do not use as in the trash pickup. I’ve paid for this service for 2 years & have never use it.

AxisOne was the best apartment we have lived in. We lived here for a year and had no major complaints against the apartment complex itself, but the residents don’t pick up after their dogs. We left due to buying a house!

I love my apartment, for the price and the amenities, it's well worth it. However, the sound proofing is awful. That's not on management (which is really good, by the way) that is on the builder. They must have cut corners when building. I live on the first floor and can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbors do. When they drop something on the floor, it sound like a wrecking ball. Luckily after 6 months the cats and I have gotten used to it, but every now and then it's bad. But that is really my only complaint. Location is great, the layout of the units are great. Staff is great.

I haven’t had any issues with the new maintenance guys like the last ones, problems are being fixed long term now! Aside from residents leaving dog poop out and about and the occasional crappy parker, no real issues. Been here almost 3 years

I moved into Axis One on Friday, April 11th and everything has gone smoothly. The leasing staff are super friendly and helpful. The apartments and common areas and beautiful and clean. The pool area is so inviting....life here is going to be fabulous!

Next time when you do an event please follow the times you publish! Breakfast states in the email that starts today at 8:30am and I was there when the person in the office told me it will be there at 9:00am. That’s disrespectful with peoples time… She also didn’t even say hi or good morning when I got there at 8:26am and wanted a coffee pod, she straight said “we are still closed”. I barely participate of any community event and this is why!

I have a neighbor above me that get up every night at 11 pm and turns on music, slams doors and stomps all night. This has been going for over 9 months now. I have repeatedly complained to your office, called the police and gave a bad review on Google. When the manager finally asked the tenant about it she denied it. Her boyfriend is the one making the noise and is not on the lease. No other follow up was ever done by the manager. Telling me if you have a problem call the cops! I’m not getting involved. Very frustrating!
Management is great and helpful! Things get done pretty quickly when needed. Elaine Nicki and Allie are wonderful assets to this company. The pool is beautiful and well kept!

I honestly have not had issues living at Axis One. It’s quiet, pleasant, and the neighbors are friendly. I like that it pets are allowed. I do not have a pet at the moment, but I enjoy playing with the different breeds.

Our air conditioner wasn’t working. When we reported it to the leasing office Jean immediately came to our apartment and saw.that our thermostat wasn’t working. He immediately brought us a temporary air conditioner until anew thermostat came in to replace our broken one. It was finally fixed.and amazing with the very quick response. Jean was right on top of my situation and my Ralph and I were very pleased with how he handled our situation. Jean, he’s the best.

Amenities are great but would like pool/spa to be open longer. Office staff is very responsive and respectful. Maintenance has always been quick with any issues I’ve submitted.

I have lived at Axis One for 3 years. For the first two years, Elaine was great! Neighbors are awesome! Everything was fixed properly. As soon as the new management took over, everything went downhill. Gates, hot tub, units are always having issues, the new management always blames you for the issues too. No accountability for the staff. Stay away at all costs!
Everything has been great. The property has been well. Taken care of always looks great pool hot tub. Everything working in great shape people that work here are wonderful mail room is clear you can walk through now. Seems like everything is running smoothly. Very happy here.

I love living here. I think the manager is doing a great job here. Anytime I have a service issue it’s quickly addressed, There’s a lot of good social activities here. I just wish more people would show up. They do special breakfast, trivia It’s just all around nice place to live

So far it’s been great! The front desk is very helpful, it’s clean everywhere, the apartments are very spacious, and we love the layouts! Really nice having the mail room for security with packages coming in as well, and the grounds look great!

So far I love it here! I just moved in and have met some really nice people and I am looking forward to getting my apartment unpacked, cleaned, and organized and situated!
