Adjacent to Jupiter Island and southeast of Port St. Lucie, Stuart is one of the Treasure Coast's favorite cities. Stuart is surrounded by water, flanked by the St. Lucie River and near the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean. Stuart is the "Sailfish Capital of the World," and a fountain of a sailfish welcomes you to the historic downtown, a pedestrian-friendly shopping and dining district. In 2016, Stuart was named the "Happiest Seaside Town" by Coastal Living magazine.
If you are moving to Stuart, you'll enjoy a laid-back lifestyle that involves flip-flops and sunglasses, sandy toes and a daily dose of sunscreen. Overall it has been mixed as I have written in past reviews. However overall, it has been good. We were worried as we know once you are in, things are different than what they have been portrayed, but overall we have been content.
Very nice . Staff wonderful. Great pool and rec room . Very nice . Love living here . Beautiful great family activity. Been here 3 yrs and still love it .
AxisOne was the best apartment we have lived in. We lived here for a year and had no major complaints against the apartment complex itself, but the residents don’t pick up after their dogs. We left due to buying a house!

I love my apartment, for the price and the amenities, it's well worth it. However, the sound proofing is awful. That's not on management (which is really good, by the way) that is on the builder. They must have cut corners when building. I live on the first floor and can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbors do. When they drop something on the floor, it sound like a wrecking ball. Luckily after 6 months the cats and I have gotten used to it, but every now and then it's bad. But that is really my only complaint. Location is great, the layout of the units are great. Staff is great.

I haven’t had any issues with the new maintenance guys like the last ones, problems are being fixed long term now! Aside from residents leaving dog poop out and about and the occasional crappy parker, no real issues. Been here almost 3 years

I moved into Axis One on Friday, April 11th and everything has gone smoothly. The leasing staff are super friendly and helpful. The apartments and common areas and beautiful and clean. The pool area is so inviting....life here is going to be fabulous!

Next time when you do an event please follow the times you publish! Breakfast states in the email that starts today at 8:30am and I was there when the person in the office told me it will be there at 9:00am. That’s disrespectful with peoples time… She also didn’t even say hi or good morning when I got there at 8:26am and wanted a coffee pod, she straight said “we are still closed”. I barely participate of any community event and this is why!

I have a neighbor above me that get up every night at 11 pm and turns on music, slams doors and stomps all night. This has been going for over 9 months now. I have repeatedly complained to your office, called the police and gave a bad review on Google. When the manager finally asked the tenant about it she denied it. Her boyfriend is the one making the noise and is not on the lease. No other follow up was ever done by the manager. Telling me if you have a problem call the cops! I’m not getting involved. Very frustrating!
Management is great and helpful! Things get done pretty quickly when needed. Elaine Nicki and Allie are wonderful assets to this company. The pool is beautiful and well kept!

I honestly have not had issues living at Axis One. It’s quiet, pleasant, and the neighbors are friendly. I like that it pets are allowed. I do not have a pet at the moment, but I enjoy playing with the different breeds.

Our air conditioner wasn’t working. When we reported it to the leasing office Jean immediately came to our apartment and saw.that our thermostat wasn’t working. He immediately brought us a temporary air conditioner until anew thermostat came in to replace our broken one. It was finally fixed.and amazing with the very quick response. Jean was right on top of my situation and my Ralph and I were very pleased with how he handled our situation. Jean, he’s the best.

I have lived at Axis One for 3 years. For the first two years, Elaine was great! Neighbors are awesome! Everything was fixed properly. As soon as the new management took over, everything went downhill. Gates, hot tub, units are always having issues, the new management always blames you for the issues too. No accountability for the staff. Stay away at all costs!
Everything has been great. The property has been well. Taken care of always looks great pool hot tub. Everything working in great shape people that work here are wonderful mail room is clear you can walk through now. Seems like everything is running smoothly. Very happy here.

I love living here. I think the manager is doing a great job here. Anytime I have a service issue it’s quickly addressed, There’s a lot of good social activities here. I just wish more people would show up. They do special breakfast, trivia It’s just all around nice place to live

Great staff! Every single one of them! Very attentive and overall a great experience. The phones are always answered when you need something and if there’s ever issues they are quick to get fixed or addressed.

So far it’s been great! The front desk is very helpful, it’s clean everywhere, the apartments are very spacious, and we love the layouts! Really nice having the mail room for security with packages coming in as well, and the grounds look great!

So far I love it here! I just moved in and have met some really nice people and I am looking forward to getting my apartment unpacked, cleaned, and organized and situated! I feel like I am on vacation here as everything is unbelievably nice with all the amenities like a resort style pool and hot tub!!

Great , love living here ! The pool, the clubhouse, the weight room . Absolutely beautiful! Everyone very friendly. Staff very helpful. Maintenance great !

My move in experience has been nothing but great. All the girls in the leasing office were so helpful. When I walked into my apartment for the first time it was amazingly spotless I can’t even believe that someone lived here before me and the welcoming glasses and bottle of wine was a sweet touch. This maintenance in this building is also extremely well kept. I absolutely love it here already and I’m here only a few days.

Move in was quick and easy. The welcome packet in my new apartment made me feel like I was cared for and finally home. The residents I've met thus far were very welcoming and they all seemed very happy at Axis One.

Allie is an amazing leasing agent! She was kind and very helpful. The apartment we moved into smelled good and the size is huge! Very excited to live here.
Since this new manager has been on the job, monthly "preventative" maintenance has ENTERED our apartments during a WEEKDAY MORNING; the pedestrian gates are ALWAYS open, they have NO codes and have NOT worked properly for MONTHS now with NO FIXING! Dog poop EVERYWHERE; the dog park has more dog poop than grass; hallways STINK when it rains; there is MOLD in many places, LOUD hallways and neighbors LATE AT NIGHT, and now, they put STICKERS on cars (an EXTERNAL matter that has NOTHING to do with a LEASING OFFICE!). These people should CLEAN and FIX this place instead of ANNOYING tenants with constant emails and inventing new ways to DISTURB their residents. Previous management was different from this! This used to be a great place to live.

Do not recommend this place. The staff here does not maintain a good, clean environment. Also the elevators and gates rarely work.

THANK GOODNESS for Jay the maintenance man. He has been a tremendous and timely help with any minor aggravations we have experienced since we moved in in October. Overall its been a lovely stay in a great location with great schools.
