Property Ratings at Avoca
The leasing office made the move in process super smooth and I have had nothing but great experiences with the maintenance staff. The area is kept very clean and I am enjoying the pool this summer!
We moved to Avoca from Florida and moved into our apartment without ever visiting first. we were pleasantly surprised by the openness of the apartment as well as how bright it is. the only downside is the size of the pool and the gym, and they’re building more units so about 400 apartments will share a pool that could fit maybe 8 people comfortably and a gym with 2 treadmills. but beyond that staff is very accommodating and they throw resident events often! we’re going back to Florida when our lease is up but it’s been a great experience here. and the neighborhood is super nice and convenient! -Jenny L
The transition process during the move from one state to another was made much easier by the help of the Avoca team. Each employee has the necessary knowledge of each process, they are friendly, kind, responsible and respectful. The apartments and recreational areas are very clean and organized. Definitely my experience has been excellent and I recommend them without a doubt. My family and I have lived here for the last year and half and its been pretty good. The mainteance folks get to the work orders in a timely manner and the staff has been friendly. I do wish they could have more police presence there have been some car break ins recently. I would give it 4 stars. Alex Berrios Avoca Tenant

The floorplans are amazing. We love it at Avoca. The area is great and the maintenance staff is wonderful.
I love the apartments, because they are brand new, clean, have hard wood floors, and a modern layout. My child likes to walk to the near by park. The natural surrounding and Tasty coffee in the office makes it a great place to live. Jordan and team have been very helpful in finding the perfect fit home for my family.
We moved into Avoca in June 2021, and Jordan was great help who made sure we settled in comfortably. He is still out to-go contact at the office who ensures our concerns are addressed. Maintain team is always prompt even on weekends - thanks to Kevin! Regarding location, grocery stores, restaurants, gas station, and the interstate are located within 1.5 miles from here. I really, happy with Avoca.
I love the space in the apartment as well as the location of the property itself. The office staff is super helpful if you have questions and maintenance is very quick to fix any problems. The amazon hub lockers are nice as I don't have to wait for the office to open to pick up a package.
These apartments are in a nice quiet area! The staff is friendly and maintenance is always done in a timely fashion! Along with being a pet friendly and family friendly apartments, we love it here!

Great amenities like the pool, gym, Amazon Hub and patio/balcony! Maintenance does an amazing job and are always on top of things.
Maintenance is on point! I have never lived anywhere where issues are taken care of promptly and with such kindness. The maintenance team works extremely hard to stay on top of things and the property workers are always so kind and prompt with any questions or concerns you may have!
I absolutely love living here! Friendly neighbors, beautiful scenery and so close to shopping and food! I Highly recommend moving here. They take very good care of the landscaping and the pool and office are very lovely. ??

The apartments are clean, good security, and nice community.
I've had the best time living at Avoca! My unit was tucked in the back so we never had to worry about any type of outside noise level at all. They have awesome community parties for every holiday that I will definitely miss. Jordan and Amanda were amazing and incredibly helpful when it came to both move in and move out. If they had any 1 beds available I would've stayed in a heartbeat. You won't regret living here!

Avoca is a contemporary development, tucked away in a charmingly rustic yet suburban area of east Louisville situated between Anchorage and Middletown. The leasing office staff are welcoming and attentive to the needs of prospective and current residents. Particularly, Jessica/Jessie who offers personalized service and an abundance of patience in addressing questions and concerns. Overall, great community to choose.
